• Loosen the side straps of the head harness. Twist the strap holders forward and pull on the strap.

• Sling the neck strap around your neck
• Lift the head harness up over the mask and away from your face
• Place your chin in the chin cup

• Inspect and wipe the outside of the mask and visor
• You can leave the head harness on
• Check that there are no cracks or other damage

• Wipe the inside of the mask, including the visor
• Pay special attention to ‘nooks and crannies’ inside the respirator
