! Used to does not exist in the present tense. To talk about a present habit, use:

usually + present simple

I used to eat a lot of meat but now I usually eat fish.

• Note the negative and question forms:

She didn’t use to be so moody.

! Don’t confuse: I used to + infinitive

with I’m used to + gerund

orI’ll get used to + gerund

I used to work hard. = I worked hard in the past but not now.

I’m used to working hard. = I’m accustomed now to working hard.

I can’t get used to working at night. I feel tired all the time. = I can’t become accustomed to working at night.
