Use PowerPoint to make an E-BOOK

with voice embedded

Equipment:

1.Personal computer (PC)2.Microsoft PowerPoint software3.A scanner connected with PC4.A microphone connected with

your PC

Start to put all the pictures in a file

Download free pictures from internet

Examples: Go to Google image and search thepictures

Or

Scan the pictures from a book into a file

Right Click the picture and save picture asCreate a file name for it

Put the book on the scanner and select scan and save into a picture file

•Open PowerPoint software

•Choose Home on the tool bar duplicate several new blank slides

•Upload your pictures from your picture file to the slides one by one

Upload your pictures from your picture file to the slides one by one

Choose Insert on the tool bar and Picture to upload pictures to PPT

After upload all the pictures that you want

add the text onto the each PowerPoint slide(either English or Chinese)

Start recording voice for each slide

Choose Slide Show on the tool bar (Microsoft office 2010)

Start Recording from Beginning or from Current Slide

Record Slide Show

On Microsoft office 2003 or 2007

Record Narration

Start recording

eBooks can be used in class or at home practice
