Benny F. Benitez, Founder & CEO, 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group Mr. Benny F. Benitez is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group an international, multi-lingual, highly flexible and diverse Miami based boutique aviation consultant firm. Mr. Benitez is a graduate from what was then the Academy of Aeronautics in Flushing, New York where he obtained his degree in aviation maintenance as well as his FAA Airframe and Power Plant certificate. Having served in the active duty Navy, Mr. Benitez began his aircraft technical career on the Grumman F-14 Tomcat. Upon completion of active duty and transferring into the Naval Air Reserve, he served over 17 years operationally, flying the P-3C Orion’s as a Flight Engineer. Simultaneously, Mr. Benitez developed his commercial aviation career where he served with Pan American World Airways at their New York, JFK Base. Commencing as an A&P license Line Mechanic, he arose to becoming an ATA-71 “Power Plant” Methods Engineer and finally, as the assistance Base Maintenance Shift Manager. After the demise of Pan Am, he was an early member of a new Boeing 727 operation based out of Newark, New Jersey known as Kiwi International Airlines. He was instrumental in the establishing the airline Maintenance operation from inception to DOT / FAA certification and operationally four year thereafter. Having been recognized for his regulatory experience in dealing with the FAA on various levels and fluent in Spanish and intermediate in Portuguese, Mr. Benitez was recruited and held the post of technical responsibility at ITOCHU AirLease of Japan as their asset manager/ There he oversaw the management of all technical and financial aircraft leases, primarily consisting of Boeing wide and narrow body aircraft while operating between Tokyo, Japan and Greenwich, Connecticut offices. With the advent of the Regional Jet into the industry in the mid 1990’s, Mr. Benitez was tapped by Midway Airlines of Raleigh, North Carolina to establish the airline initial Bombardier CRJ-50 fleet maintenance program for approval by the FAA, as well as

overseeing the maintenance planning and engineer of their existing fleet of twelve Fokker F-100’s. Soon after a fleet of Boeing 737-700’s was also blended into the operation of which another maintenance program had to be established for FAA approval. His arrival to Miami, Florida was a direct result of his background and technical fluency in Spanish in being tapped by AIRCLAIMS, Ltd. of London to act as their technical manager for the Latin American region concerning aviation claims, hull looses repossessions. While at AIRCLAIMS, Ltd., Mr. Benitez oversaw 11 major hull losses and managed over 80 millions dollars in paid claim by the Lloyd Syndicates to the Assureds. Mr. Benitez is a graduate of the Charter Insurance Institute of London. Thereafter, he proceed to establish his current organization the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group. Mr. Benitez is a recognized and respected individual within the South Florida aviation community, as he serves and chairs many organizations. Currently, he serves as President of the local chapter of the Washington D.C., based AIR FORCE ASSOICATION, Vice President of the Greater Miami Aviation Association and a Board of Director member of Miami Maintenance Management Council. He and his organization support the student bodies at the George T. Baker Aviation School and the University of Miami U.S. Air Force ROTC Detachment 155, as well as the young men and women of the local Civil Air Patrol Squadrons. His background and exposure keep him and his organization constantly in tune with Homestead Air Reserve Base, U.S. Southern Command and the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station at Opa Locka Airport as certain services are provided on as required bases. Most recently in January, the 94th AeroClaims-Aviation Consultant Group was called upon by the Miami-Dade School Board to fly their School Superintend and his staff to Haiti in support of the earthquake relief. Commencing April 2010, Mr. Benitez as an influential Community leader was selected for the Federal Bureau of Investigation Civilian Academy Program to support the “INFRAGUARD” infrastructure guard program. Mark Byrne, Director, ICM Aviation

Mark was born in Douglas on the Isle of Man and graduated in Law from the University of Westminster. He has an MBA from Manchester Business School and a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Mark previously worked for two engineering companies in Germany in the legal, budgeting and marketing departments and for a management consultancy company in London and Ireland. He went on to work for a trust company as a client administrator and business development manager before being appointed as a Director of the ICM Group in 1995. Thomas A. Chapman, President, Synergy Jet Group

Synergy Jet Group, L.L.C. was founded by Tom Chapman, a business aircraft sales and marketing executive with over 25 years of collective experience with manufacturers Gulfstream Aerospace and British Aerospace (Hawker) and service companies Bombardier Flexjet and Aerospace Concepts. As head of Synergy Jet Group, Tom draws on his own background of selling or participating in more than $1 Billion in aircraft sales in over 20 countries, as well as a wide range of support from business aviation professionals to provide clients with exceptional judgment and expertise in all dimensions of sales and marketing. A 12-year veteran of Gulfstream Aerospace, Tom’s career began as a sales engineer during the launch of the Gulfstream IV aircraft program. Later, he represented the Gulfstream IV-SP and V to Fortune 100 companies while earning top sales honors for several years. In sales management, he successfully developed a cross-functional ‘team’ approach which greatly improved sales productivity. While heading Gulfstream’s Completion Sales and Marketing Support teams, Tom’s efforts led to a significant improvement in the quality of new aircraft interiors for global corporations and VIP head-of-state clients, while consequently reducing the aircraft sales cycle time by up to one-third. Other industry assignments have included five years at Bombardier Flexjet, selling fractional shares to high net worth individuals and creating supplemental lift solutions for corporations operating their own flight departments. In each of his sales positions, Tom's work has resulted in a pronounced turn-around in new sales and retained business. After graduating with a degree in business administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Tom continued graduate studies in organizational effectiveness and also completed an executive education program at Harvard Business School for the Young Presidents’ Organization. He is a licensed pilot and has attended FlightSafety International training for Gulfstream and Hawker business jets. Tom is a member of the National Business Aviation Association, the Greater Washington Business Aviation Association, has addressed the National Aircraft Resale Association, and is a contributing writer for World Aircraft Sales magazine.

Mike Chase, President, Chase & Associates Over thirty years with extensive global managerial experiences in marketing/sales, operations, and finance working in several distinct sectors of the aerospace industry - corporate, commercial, airline, and supplier. Currently he is the founder and president of Chase and Associates, an aerospace consulting firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas that specializes in industry product and market research primarily in the General Aviation sector. Additionally, for the past four years he has written over 50 business aircraft articles, one of which is the feature monthly industry article for the World Aircraft Sales magazine (U.K. based) on Aircraft Comparative Analysis. As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for DPI Labs Inc., a small private company supplier of aircraft cabin management and in-flight entertainment products, my responsibilities included worldwide sales, quoting, contracts, repair goods, customer relations, and all marketing activities. Customers include OEM’s such as Boeing, Gulfstream, and Bombardier plus aircraft completion and modification centers worldwide. As the Director Market Research for Gulfstream Aerospace, he lead the market research staff in sales research, product research that included feasibility and viability studies for market expansion, competitive intelligence, various industry surveys, forecasts, and market outlook studies. As the Director Marketing/Sales for a new startup venture, Scheduling Systems Incorporated, he sold state-of-the-art airline scheduling software to the airline industry. He is an accomplished industry spokesperson at numerous industry conferences – Air Transportation Research International Forum (ATRIF), FAA/Transportation Research Board (TRB) subcommittee on Business Aviation, SpeedNews, and IATA. He possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a major in Transportation Economics from the University of Washington. He was a Guest Lecturer for four years at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in a graduate course on Airline Management Issues and Industry Analysis. Aaron A. Goerlich, Aviation Attorney, Garofalo Goerlich Hainbach

Mr. Goerlich joined the firm of Garofalo Goerlich Hainbach PC (then called Boros & Garofalo PC) as an associate attorney in 1982, and became a partner in the firm in 1985. He has specialized in aviation law throughout his tenure with the firm. With Garofalo Goerlich Hainbach, Mr. Goerlich has represented the full range of the firm's clients, including corporate aircraft operators, aviation manufacturers, foreign and domestic air carriers, tour operators, cruise lines, and other companies engaged in air transportation and related businesses. This work has included representation of clients before all of the U.S. federal agencies having jurisdiction over aviation issues, as well as extensive transactional and commercial work. Mr. Goerlich has conducted numerous seminars on U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and related requirements, and has served as an expert witness in that field. Mr. Goerlich received a B.A. degree in Political Science from Tulane University in 1977. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from the same university in 1980. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Goerlich joined the Florida firm of Fleming, O'Bryan & Fleming, where he practiced for two years before returning to his native Washington, D.C. While practicing in Florida, Mr. Goerlich concentrated in the area of general civil litigation, representing various clients before state and federal courts. Mr. Goerlich is an active instrument-rated pilot, having held his pilot's license since 1973 and operating an aircraft out of Gaithersburg, Maryland. He holds an AV (highest) rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, served for six years as a trustee of The Kingsbury Center, a non-profit educational institution, and is a member of the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association and other professional organizations. He is a member of the Regulatory Issues Advisory Group and the Domestic Operations Committee of the National Business Aviation Association, and has made numerous presentations at NBAA conferences and similar professional-education events. Dr. A. Gollan, Senior Security Manager, Black Hawk Protection Services

Dr. Gollan has over twelve years of service in Israel's Security Services as well as twenty years in the private sector for corporate industry in both the U.S. and European territory. He has worked in cooperation with international contacts worldwide on a ministerial level, and local law enforcement authorities. Dr. Gollan served as Director of Security for the Group of 8 (G8) World Summit held in Genova, Italy in 2001 where he was responsible for successfully coordinating security arrangements for the heads of state of Canada, The European Union, Germany, Japan, Russia, Sweden, Spain, the United Kingdom and United States. He is a long-time speaker on Security Matters and has presented papers internationally on the effect of political changes in the seafaring community and he continues his presentations in the security circuit. Dr. Gollan is a pioneer in international security. He forecasted the terrorist assault on the passenger ships long before the Achilles Lauro incident and from this tragic chapter, he was the first to install security officers aboard ships under the instruction of Capt. Fausto Vignali, the CEO of the Lauro Navigation company. By this action, the first instructions for maritime security were formulated. As a pioneer member of the IMO (International Maritime Organization) he has presented papers on Security and Piracy at Sea. Dr. Gollan was instrumental and participated in the development, comprehension, and application of the SOLAS document (which underlines and describes the implementation of security measures for all international shipping) and the application of the ISPS Code for all sea going vessels. He has also trained for ISPS code certification to port state control officers. He has received

Dr. Gollan speaks five languages fluently (English, French, Italian, Spanish and Hebrew) and has degrees in Criminology, Political Science and International Trade and Business from England, read Medicine in Italy and Medieval History in The University of Beersheva, Israel.

William E. Herp, President and CEO, Linear Air Since founding Linear Air in 2004, William Herp has become a leading expert and spokesperson for the air taxi industry. Recognized for his expertise in starting and growing companies, Mr. Herp has used his leadership skills and marketing experience to expand Linear Air’s service area from its original base in New England to now include the mid-Atlantic through eastern Canada. Mr. Kenny is a senior specialist in the field of Aviation & Aerospace Insurance. His long aviation insurance career began with 15 years as an aviation underwriter for a major US insurance company followed by 20 years as an aviation insurance broker. His responsibilities have spanned negotiating the successful retrieval/repair of the Westar IV satellite by shuttle astronauts in November 1984 to serving major international clients such as Aviall, American Airlines, US Air, El Al, Falcon Jet, General Dynamics, Gulfstream Aerospace, Israeli Aircraft Industries, Mc Donnell Douglas, Northrop Grumman and TIMCO. He has also served major aviation financial institutions such as Babcock & Brown, BCI and Aurora Aviation Services. Presently Don is employed by Falcon Insurance, arguably the largest Aviation-Only insurance brokerage firm in the US. He has authored a number of papers impacting the aviation insurance sector and has been called upon by the US Congress and the Central Intelligence Agency to provide expert testimony dealing with aerospace insurance. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from La Salle University, Philadelphia, PA. He is an avid chess player and sport car enthusiast. He resides in Toms River, NJ with his wife Rita. Mr. Miller has over 22 years experience in the aviation and human capital arena. He is a Managing Director, founding principal and member of the Investment Committee of the Aero Capital Group of Guggenheim Partners. Mr. Miller joined Guggenheim Partners in 2007 as part of a joint venture between Guggenheim Partners and UBS-AG where he was a founding principal providing operational and transactional oversight on non-recourse financing for new and pre-owned business jets with a focus on medium to long-range aircraft. In recent years Mr. Miller’s aircraft transactions and financings have been focused in Europe, Emerging Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Guggenheim Partners, Mr. Miller served on the Board of Directors and ran the US Division of a UK based performance management consultancy that worked with management teams at both small and large organizations on the execution of their strategies. Notable projects include working with a private equity group to form a venture to fly cargo into geopolitically unstable regions of the world as well as working with large defense contractors to help fulfill urgent need requests from US military forces based in Iraq and Afghanistan. Prior to this, Mr. Miller was involved in several entrepreneurial ventures most notably founding and serving as the CEO of an Internet recruiting company, 6FigureJobs.com, which prior to its sale in 2001 earned “Best of the Web” recognition from Forbes, Fortune and U.S. News & World Report. Before entering the business world, Mr. Miller served in the United States Marine Corps, as an F/A-18 pilot, Aircraft Maintenance Officer and Aviation Safety Officer. Mr. Miller is a graduate of the U.S. Navy & Marine Corps School of Aviation Safety and currently holds a commercial pilot rating. Mr. Miller received a BA from Denison University and an MBA from Columbia University. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Bob Mraz, Vice President Sales & Marketing, TW Metals

Bob Mraz began his career in as a regional salesman for the Carborundum Company in the Bonded Abrasive Division. Several years later he entered the US Army serving a tour in South Vietnam. Upon completion of active duty Mr. Mraz entered Monroe Community College where he graduated valedictorian, completing his degree in psychology at Keene University in New Jersey where he graduated Suma Cum laude. In 1997 he entered the University of Rochester Graduate School to obtain a Marketing MBA. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Mraz was National Sales Manager, Regional General Manager, Branch Manager and held numerous other leadership positions in sales & marketing. Current responsibilities include the strategic planning and deployment of global sales & marketing programs that drive profitable growth consistent with company objectives. In this role Mr. Mraz has responsibility for the Marketing Services Department, product development, globalization and integration of aerospace supply chain initiatives, Government sales and aerospace fabrications. With over 200 Account Managers, several business units and integrated call centers reporting to Mr. Mraz he oversees strategic deployment of programs designed to provide superior customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Mr. Mraz is active in numerous trade organizations including the Metal Service Center Industry (MSCI), Aerospace Industry Association (AIA), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) and past Vice President & board member of the Suppliers Excellence Alliance (SEA). A recent finalist for the prestigious Stevie Award® sponsored by SellingPower Magazine Mr. Mraz was named as one of the top three Global Sales Leaders for 2006. Timothy M. Ravich, Chair, Florida Bar Aviation Law Committee Timothy M. Ravich is the Founding Partner of Ravich Law Firm, P.A. He is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated lawyer and one of only thirty-four lawyers in the state recognized as a "Florida Bar Board Certified Aviation Lawyer". Mr. Ravich is Chair of the Florida Bar Aviation Law Committee and teaches aviation law as an Adjunct Professor of the University of Miami School of Law. Aaron Sohacki is co-founder and EVP of Atlanta Georgia based ImagineAir. Before founding ImagineAir, Aaron assisted Delta Airlines and ALPA as an independent intermediary, worked at Atlantic Southeast Airlines in flight operations engineering, and served as a flight instructor teaching the students, faculty, and alumni of the Georgia Institute of Technology. Aaron is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Management, and was selected as one of the school's top 30 under 30 alumni in 2008.
