Enclosed please find the new 2012 price schedule for subscriptions as well as single copies.

Prices will be based on the ultimate destination of the product i.e., where the end user resides. All orders must be prepaid and must include end-user name and address. Orders received without this information

will not be processed The discount for 2012 orders, including back volume subscriptions is 5% of all Clinics and Journal subscriptions,

and 25% on Continuity (Advances and Year Books) and on single issues purchased at the non-subscriber rate. Clinics publications have a separate price for Canadian individuals. Shipping is included in the price.

While most subscriptions are calendar year a subscription can begin with the issue most recently published. Please specify this on the order if a customer wants a non-calendar year subscription

Upon request, a subscription can begin with a retroactive start date (a start issue prior to the current issue).

B. RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Unless notified otherwise, renewals will automatically begin where the previous subscription ended. REFUND GUARANTEE

If your client no longer wishes to receive a subscription, a refund for all unmailed copies may be obtained by forwarding your refund request to the address included in this package.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Elsevier can guarantee uninterrupted service when an address is changed, only if the change is received at least four weeks in advance. When requesting address changes, please include the new address as well as the name and address of the subscriber as it appears on the subscription mailing label.

BACK COPIES

Back copies are issues of Elsevier periodicals published prior to the current month’s issue. Back issues are sent upon request (subject to availability). Elsevier usually maintains inventory for all journals for two years prior to the current year. For information regarding the price of back issues, please refer to the single issue price on the rate sheet which is included as part of the package.
