Subject: EPA Reg. No.1 00-1152/ Lumax Atrazine RED Label Amendment

The labeling referred to above. subrnitted in connection with registration under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, as amended, is acceptable provided the following changes are made to the label:

1. Change the Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals statements to "Harmful if swallowed. Causes moderate eye irritation. A void contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals." .

2. Per the metolachlor RED add the following text to the PPE section "chemical resistant headgear for overhead exposure".

3. Change the early entry PPE to "Coveralls over short sleeve shirt and short pants, Chemical resistant gloves made of any \vaterproof material, chemical resistant footwear plus socks, and chemicai resistant headgear for overhead exposures".

4. To the applicati.on instructions add "Do not rotate to food or feed crops other than those listed on this label." and remove any contradictory language from the label.

5. Add a 45 day PHI for SV,i.eet com forage to the label.

6. To the Conditions of Sale and Limitation of Warranty and Liability section change "All such risks" to "To the extent consistent with applicable law, all such risks","Syngenta makes no other" to "T~) the ,3xtent consistent with applicable law, Syngenta makes no other", "In no event shan" to "To the extent consistent with applicable law, in no event shall", and "the exc1u~ive remedy" to "To the extent cOflsistent with applicable law, the exclusive remedy".
