PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTSHAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC

ANIMALSDANGER: Corrosive. Keep Out of Reach ofChildren. Causes irreversible eye damage and skinburns. Harmful if swallowed. Do not get in eyes, onskin or on clothing. Wear protective eyewear(goggles, face shield, or safety glasses), protectiveclothing and rubber gloves when handling. Washthoroughly with soap and water after handling.Remove contaminated clothing and wash beforereuse.

FIRST AIDIF IN EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly andgently with water for 15 - 20 minutes. Removecontact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes,then continue rinsing eye. IF ON SKIN ORCLOTHING: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinseskin immediately with plenty of water for 15 - 20minutes. IF SWALLOWED: Call a poison controlcenter or doctor immediately for treatment advice.Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow.Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by thepoison control center or doctor. Do not give anythingby mouth to an unconscious person.Call a poison control center or doctor for treatmentadvice.Have the product container or label with you whencalling a poison control center or doctor or going fortreatment.NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Probable mucosal damagemay contraindicate the use of gastric lavage.Measures against circulatory shock, respiratorydepression and convulsion may be needed.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDSDo not discharge effluent containing this product intolakes, streams, ponds, estuaries, oceans or otherwaters unless in accordance with the requirementsof a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES) permit and the permitting authority hasbeen notified in writing prior to discharge. Do notdischarge effluent containing this product to sewersystems without previously notifying the localsewage treatment plant authority. This disinfectant has a pleasing lemon fragranceand makes a bright, clear yellow solution whenmixed with water. Do not mix with soap or otherdetergents.

DIRECTIONS FOR USEIt is a violation of federal law to use this product in amanner inconsistent with its labeling.For use on precleaned, hard, inanimate surfaces.For heavy soil or organic matter, a precleaning stepis required. Rinse with clear water. Apply disinfectantsolution of two ounces per gallon of water with clothor mop to toilets, restroom floors, shower stalls,diaper pails and garbage cans. Wet all surfacesthoroughly. Use four ounces per gallon of water forsick rooms, hospitals, or clinics. Keep surfaces wetfor at least 10 minutes. Prepare a fresh solution dailyor when use solution becomes visibly dirty.This product is effective against the followingorganisms:

Pseudomonas aeruginosaStaphylococcus aureusSalmonella choleraesuisHuman immunodeficiency virus, Type 1

This product is not to be used as a terminalsterilant/high level disinfectant on any surface orinstrument that (1) is introduced directly into thehuman body, either into or in contact with thebloodstream or normally sterile areas of the body, or(2) contacts intact mucous membranes but whichdoes not ordinarily penetrate the blood barrier orotherwise enter normally sterile areas of the body.This product may be used to preclean ordecontaminate critical or semi-critical medicaldevices prior to sterilization or high level disinfection.DISINFECTION FOR TOILET BOWLS: Flush toiletand add 2 ounces of disinfectant solution directly tothe bowl water. Swab the bowl completely using ascrub brush or toilet mop, making sure to get underthe rim. Keep surfaces wet for 10 minutes and flush.

*KILLS HIV-1 ON PRECLEANEDENVIRONMENTAL SURFACES/OBJECTSPREVIOUSLY SOILED WITH BLOOD/BODYFLUIDS in health care settings or other settings inwhich there is an expected likelihood of soiling ofinanimate surfaces/objects with blood or body fluids,and in which the surfaces/objects likely to be soiledwith blood or body fluids can be associated with thepotential for transmission of humanimmunodeficiency virus, Type 1 (HIV-1) (associatedwith AIDS).

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING ANDDECONTAMINATION AGAINST HIV OFSURFACES/OBJECTS SOILED WITHBLOOD/BODY FLUIDS: PERSONALPROTECTION: Cleanup should always be donewearing protective latex gloves, gowns, masks, andeye protection. CLEANING PROCEDURE: Bloodand other body fluids must be thoroughly cleanedfrom surfaces and objects before application of thedisinfectant. DISPOSAL OF INFECTIOUSMATERIALS: Blood and other body fluids should beautoclaved and disposed of according to federal,state and local regulations for infectious wastedisposal. CONTACT TIME: Effective against HIV-1(AIDS Virus) on hard, nonporous surfaces in thepresence of a moderate amount of organic soil (5%blood serum) when diluted 1:32. Surfaces mustremain wet for 10 minutes at room temperature (20-25°C).

STORAGE AND DISPOSALDo not contaminate water, food or feed by storageor disposal.Pesticide Storage: Open dumping is prohibited.Store in original container in areas inaccessible tochildren.

Pesticide Disposal:Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous. Improperdisposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture or rinsateis a violation of Federal Law. If these wastes cannotbe disposed of by use according to labelinstructions, contact your State Pesticide orEnvironmental Control Agency, or the HazardousWaste representative at the nearest EPA RegionalOffice for guidance.

Container Disposal:

For containers smaller and including 5 gallons:

Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill thiscontainer. Clean container promptly after emptying.Triple rinse as follows: Fill container % full with waterand reclose the container. Agitate vigorously, anddispose of rinsate consistent with pesticide disposalinstructions. Repeat two more times. Then offer forrecycling if available or puncture and dispose insanitary landfill or by other procedures approved bystate and local authorities. Follow pesticide disposalinstructions for rinsate. If not triple rinsed, thesecontainers are acute hazardous wastes and must bedisposed in accordance with local, state, and federalregulations.

For containers greater than 5 gallons:

Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill thiscontainer. Clean container promptly after emptying.Triple Rinse as follows: Empty remaining contentsinto application equipment or a mix tank. Fill thecontainer % full with water. Replace and tightenclosures. Tip container on its side and roll it backand forth, ensuring at least one complete revolution,

for 30 seconds. Stand the container on its end andtip it back and forth several times. Turn the containerover onto its other end and tip it back and forthseveral times. Repeat this procedure two moretimes. Then offer for recycling if available orpuncture and dispose in sanitary landfill or by otherprocedures approved by state and local authorities.Follow pesticide disposal instructions for rinsate. Ifnot triple rinsed, these containers are acutehazardous wastes and must be disposed inaccordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
