4. Make the following labeling change before you release the product for shipment:

a. Add the phrase "EPA Registration No. 2935-521".

b. On the labe~ for the undyed formulation, you may delete the reference stating that the purchaser is responsible for insuring that treated seed are dyed. This requirement applies only for commercial treatment of seed. On-the-farm treatments for immediate planting do not require a dye.

5. Submit five copies of the final printed label for the record.

If these conditions are not complied with, the registration will be subject to cancellation in accordance with FIFRA sec 6(e) • Your release for shipment of the product constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instruction for washables, use detergent and hot w .. ter. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry. ,

ENVlRONMENTALBAZARDS

This pesticide is toxic to fish. Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface is present. or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment wash waters. Exposed treated seed may be hazardous to birds and other wildlife. Cover OJ incorporate spilled trealed seed. Dispose of all excess trealed seeds by bur:al way from bodies of water.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL HAZARDS

Keep away from fire and sparks. Store in a dry place. Do not allow to becon ~ wet or overheated in storage. This may bring on chemical changes which will impair the fungicidal effectiveness of the pJoduct and may also produce flammable vapors.
