Monterrey - LOS ZETAS were responsible for the attack on Casino Royale that killed 52 people. Gunmen poured gasoline inside the Casino and started a fire. Eight of them came in and the other eight guarded the entrance. Manager said LOS ZETAS required a weekly payment of $130,000 to operate. Videos identify five Regia Police Officers were within walking distance and did nothing. PGR offers 30 million peso ($2.4 million) reward to locate and arrest the three gunmen who attacked Casino Royale.
