INDIES

Origin: The expression "indie" means independently, and follows the philosophy of " do it your same ".Attire: They dress clothes of the 80s. They want to be uniques and be elegant, but at the same time they wear a casual outfit.Musical genre: They listen to alternative rock mostly, but also dance and grunge music.Ideology: Their ideology is progressive. On the other hand they don't show violent tendencies.

SKIN HEADSOrigin: The first ones that appeared did not have a certain ideology.Attire: They had shaved hair, military clothes, boots, etc.Music genre: They listen to Punk and Oi! Ideology: They tried to destroy the state, in some cases their ideology is based on cleanliness and hygiene.

ROCKERS Origin: the origin of the rockers comes from teddy English boys that had existed in the 50s.Attire: Men wore pompadour and sideburns and women wore dyed hair, dresses with cancans and tube skirts.Music genre: They listen to Rock&Roll mostly. One spanish group that they listen to is La Frontera.Ideology: Their interest to the Rock&Roll is obsesive.

GRUNGEOrigin: Born in the early

nineties as an evolution of punk.

Typical attire: striped shirts or groups shirts, jeans,

Scottish shirts and Converse of dark colors.Favourite genre of music:

their main groups are Nirvana and Soundgarden.

Ideology: They revolt against consumerist

society.

EMOS· Origin: The beginning of

emos was born in the 80's as a musical style derived from

punk. Their best-known representatives are My

chemical romance and Green Day.

· Typical attire: hair slicked to covering part of the face, dark clothing, piercing, Converse, wristbands, plates, hooded sweatshirts, tight t-shirts

(usually black) and underpants at the sight.

· Musical groups: Blink 182.

HIPPIES· Origin: Emerge in the 1960s and it served as inspiration for many other

urban tribes.· Typical attire: long manes are left

and carry striking clothes with intense colors. Ponchos, color ribbons, fabric handbags and

patches.· Ideology: They flee from violence

and proclaim peace in the world and love between people with the

thought that we are all equal. They have anarchist ideas.

BIKERSOriginated after the Second World Warm , is a culture related to motorcycling. They usually are gangs who are dedicate to criminal activities.They are rockers, metals and hardrockers.They wear trousers , jackets and waistcoats of leather.This culture is also define as unlimited freedom.

HIPSTERS  This culture is represented by young people who have independent thought in wearing and listening to music. It is an extended group in big cities like New York, Chicago or San Francisco between people of middle-class.As with their clothes , each of them have a personal style named "old school"They like glasses and handmade complements

RAPPERS  Young people who like rap and hip-hop. At first all rappers were blacks who in his music spread post against injustice of system.By the time rap became popular.The activities related to them are "break dance","skate board","graffitis",and hip-hop style.They wear loose clothes, trainers, cap and they usually wear bracelets and necklace.
