What is UDIA? The Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) is a national,

not-for-profit membership organisation, established in 1972.

UDIA (Qld) is the State’s largest professional organisation that represents and furthers the interests and integrity of the property development industry in Queensland.

UDIA (Qld) has 12 regional branches in addition to the State office in Brisbane:
