Building Design -Align to street patterns and to respect the continuity of street facades. -Retain Views into and out of CCZ and vistas to important civic landmarks. -Maintain traditional and vertical rhythm of Melbourne’s streetscape. -Encourage buildings with wide street frontages to be broken into smaller vertical sections. -Emphasis the corner - Max plot ratio 12:1 - Towers podium height 35-40 m except where a different parapet height already exists. -Podium to be set-back at least 10m -Towers should be well space, adequate sun penetration at street level FACADES
