    When we began this project, looking into the life of Corbusier and the reasoning behind his essay 5 points toward a new architecture there wereseveral ideas that resonated with us...

    I think this is when he declared that by law, all buildings should be painted white...

    With the essay and its 5 Points Corbusier envisioned creating not only harmony within the space but also harmony...

    This leads us the our exhibition, exemplifying the 5 Points in a persuasive manner that is both enlightening and practical...

    The brandmark lends itself to this idea of breaking free and fusion with the convergence of the bounding boxes and is also subtly emphasizedthrough the shift in tone from dark to light....

    Gotham was chosen as our overall typeface due to its reductive and geometric characteristics; being a very open typeface also reects back uponthe idea of escaping from the clutter and crowdedness of industry...

    Our color palette that signies each of the 5 Points is derived from Corbusiers paintings which have direct relation to his architectural reason...As he worked with a grid structure and the Golden Rule, creating harmonic proportions in both his paintings and architectural designs.

    To cohesively tie imagery to each of the points, they are rendered in a duotone style with each of their respective colors.
