Receptionist / Office Assistant Needed
We are looking for a dependable, friendly person to greet guests and answer telephones at our office reception desk. One primary job responsibility will be to create our weekly bulletin using Microsoft Publisher software. This employee would also perform general office duties such as: ordering supplies, mailing letters and statements, filing, making copies, assisting
our ministry leaders with clerical needs, and updating our prayer chain. Microsoft Word and Excel experience would be helpful. This person must be available Monday through

Confirmation Students continue to meet every Weds. 6-7:15pm through June 19 in Room 108.

Northern Colorado Catholic High School Parent Meeting
The Archdiocese of Denver invites interested parents to attend an informational meeting about
preparations for a high school in the Northern part of the Archdiocese (convenient to Windsor, Ft. Collins, Loveland, Greeley and surrounding areas). The meeting will take place at OLV on
Tues. May 7th at 7pm in the Parish Hall. Members of the Office of Catholic Schools
and the Executive Steering Committee will be present to provide an overview of the plans
and to answer questions.
Enrollment of the Brown Scapular Sun., May 26 at 9:30am between the morning Masses. Please join us in the church. Thanks to the generosity of Bob and Darci Blackstock, we have 100 brown scapulars to hand out or you may bring your own for the enrollment.
Since the 15th Century, devotion to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel has been linked to the Brown Scapular, a sacramental, signifying the
wearer's devotion to Mary and the spirituality of the Carmelite Order, namely trust in her motherly protection and immaculate heart. Mary is the model for a life of discipleship and always
leads us to her Son, Jesus. Her soul is a sanctuary, reserved for God Alone, and we are called to strive to imitate her humility,
chastity, and spirit of prayer, a reminder of the constant nearness and presence of God, and our recourse to the grace
of the Sacrament. The Brown Scapular of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel is a powerful spiritual weapon and sacramental.

Baby bottles will be handed out in the Narthex after all Masses the weekend of May 11th/12th. This campaign is a blessing that allows the Windsor/Greeley Resource Center to continue many different programs aimed at reaching more moms and babies in need. Please fill the bottle with change, cash or a check and return it on Father’s Day weekend, June 15/16th. All donations help us save babies’ lives and share the gospel with their parents.
