Please send me your headshot and brief biography. These items will be posted on the speaker section of our website

Please register for the Summit here using invitation number SPK810 (ignore the part where it says you need to pay for one night – we cover both for speakers)

 

Your Speaker Package

Hotel accommodation at The Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort, Austin, TX for the nights of Sunday, November 8th and Monday November 9th

A full conference pass that includes access to the educational program and one-on-one research meetings

Return flight to Austin (internal US) Catering for the duration of the event Please note that we do not cover incidental hotel charges (minibar, etc.)

 

Your Presentation

We prefer presentations to be in PowerPoint format. They may include audio and video You will have 50 minutes for your presentation, including Q&A. As the breakout rooms are set in

a small classroom setting, we like to encourage questions throughout the presentation instead of in a block at the end

If you would like to execute a roundtable discussion or workshop style session please let me know so we can plan to seat the room accordingly

Please have your presentation completed and ready to submit by October 23rd 2015. I will be in touch closer to the event with more details on the submission process

Your specific presentation time will be scheduled closer to the event
