We accept all file typesOur most important artwork guidelines is simple: we accept anything you send us. 98% of the time we will be able to use whatever you send us. If necessary, we rebuild your artwork from scratch and without charge. Just keep in mind, your order may be delayed if you deviate from the guidelines explained below.

Vector artwork is always preferredVector images are scalable. This means we can resize them without a loss in quality. If we need to make your artwork larger or smaller to fit the imprint area it will not become pixelated or blurry.

Vector images scale because they use mathematical equations to represent images on your computer screen. Scalability is the main advantage vector images possess over bitmapped images (also known as raster images). Bitmaps are represented by rectangular grids or pixels. When you increase the size of a bitmap there is a loss of quality because you’re enlarging the pixels.

Higher resolution is always betterIf you’re not using vector artwork then higher resolution equals higher quality. Photographic images are always bitmaps; we recommend photographic images be 300 dpi or higher. If your illustrations or graphical designs are saved as bitmaps then we recommend they are 600 dpi or higher.

Convert your fonts to outlinesIf we do not have the exact font you used then your text will “default” to a less attractive font. You eliminate this concern by converting your fonts to outlines. Converting your fonts to outlines turns them into images rather than text. This ensures that your artwork will print exactly how you expect it to look.

If you do not convert your fonts to outlines, be sure to send us all fonts used. We maintain a large library of fonts, but it’s possible we do not have yours.

Avoid fonts smaller than 10 pointWe recommend avoiding small fonts because they’re difficult to print and may appear pixelated when printed on the product.

Product Variations• Plastic and paper bags are measured as follows: Bottom gusset bags: Width x Height + Gusset Side gusset bags: Width x Gusset x Height • Product dimensions, plastic thickness, and imprint colors may vary slightly within

commercially acceptable standards. • Imprint position may vary from bag to bag.

Plate Charges• $2.00 (G) per square inch of plate material. • One (1) plate is required per color, per side. • Calculate plate charges by measuring the length x width dimensions of each color.

The resulting area is the plate size for each color. Multiply the area of each plate by $2.00 (G) per square inch to determine the total plate charge.

• There is a minimum charge of $35.00 (G) per plate. • Plates are stored for 24 months. During that time exact reorders will not incur

plate charges.• Requested plates will be returned for a $50.00 per order retrieval fee.

PMS MatchesIf non standard ink colors are required, PMS matches are available for $80.00(G) per color. For presentation products, any PMS colors are available at no charge. PMS matches are based on the latest version of the Pantone color palette.

SamplesWe will ship free random product samples using 1st class mail. Overnight delivery is available for a charge.

Submitting ArtworkWe accept artwork by postal mail, email or online artwork transfer. Please include the following information with your artwork:

Overruns/UnderrunsOrders are subject to an overrun or underrun variation of 10% and will be billed accordingly.

Shipping and Handling• We use our best judgment to select the shipment method. • Normal shipments are F.O.B. Upstate NY, 12010. • Rush, sure-dated orders should be discussed with the factory before a firm

commitment is made. Our responsibility ends when merchandise is accepted by carrier.

• Split shipments: $5.00 (net) each.• Handling charges: $3.95 (net) per carton. • Distributors who submit purchase orders with “will advise” shipping method must

notify us of specific shipping instructions at least 5 days prior to scheduled ship date.

• Standard packing is listed below pricing on individual product pages. • Where standard packing is listed as 1,000 per case, special packing of 500 per case
