To achieve a 100-120 active membership base by the end of AY 2015-2016. b. To improve or at least maintain the current financial status of the organization. Fund Target: 65,000- end of first semester 70,000 – 75,000 - end of second semester c. To expand the organization’s partnership and sponsorship base twice as the current base; while making these relationships more sustainable (reliability). Current Base: Main Sponsor/Partner: Century Group Other Sponsors: POG, John Robert Powers, Toblerone, Wacoal. IFAD Partners: Philsmile, Make Sense, 180° Consulting Organization Partners: UP Green League, UP SIBOL, UP STPA, UP LAKAN d. To widen the scope and revive the organization’s scope of influence inside and out of the university through effective public relations and external & internal promotions. e. To bolster the essence, perception and impact of the organization’s thrust of “Social Responsibility through Business Excellence” through more socially relevant and sustainable research and development projects. f. To create an all-encompassing documentation system that is able to store, sort and access files and records of the organization for every member’s perusal (qualified). g. Organize a financial reporting scheme (monthly, quarterly, etc.) that shall produce financial statements in a timely and consistent manner.d. Ensure the safekeeping of financial documents (receipts, vouchers, etc.) for accurate reconciliation.e. Create at least 4 IGPs placed strategically within the academic year that shall enable the organization to reach its financial targets.
