Welcome to Gigi’s Dream

Gigi Twist grew up close to the earth in Arkansas and was hungry for real food that was healthy, delicious and easy, and she headed into her kitchen to create a healthy granola with nine simple, clean ingredients.

She gave it to friends and family, at her doctors office, for holiday gifts and received rave reviews from those who tried it. They all wanted more!

Encouragement from her husband and now business partner, Eddie, along with her own entrepreneurial spirit led her to found Upfront Foods in 2010.

Determined to create the same kind of natural, healthy granola she made at home, Gigi put to use the business savvy she honed as a director of an investment firm and education administrator. She launched Upfront Foods with a dedicated production facility licensed by the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and began production in 2011.

Upfront Foods’ unique package, and the company name itself, came about because it was important to Gigi to be “up front” with consumers.

She designed the packaging to display her granola’s organic and natural ingredients with the nutrition panel on the front, rather than the back, of the package.
