NATIONAL HOUSE CONCERT SERIES BENEFIT GALA FOR PTSD
WHAT IS THE NATIONAL HOUSE CONCERT SERIES BENEFIT GALA FOR PTSD?
Singer/Songwriter Jessie Tylre Williams founded the National House Concert Series (HCS) Benefit Gala in the summer of 2014. The first initial Benefit Gala was held in Innisfail, Alberta in March of 2015 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 104.
Our goal is to reach as many towns and cities across Canada to not only create awareness but to support programs that do such a vital effort in educating the public and helping those living with PTSD. Since then Jessie has toured through different parts of Canada and as far East as Winnipeg, MB. with these Galas. In 2017 we plan to go as far East as Halifax and Cape Breton and by 2019 we plan to be in every major city across Canada.
The objective of the HCS Gala is to create a National awareness of Post-‐Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) as a curable illness and to aid in the removal of the stigma associated with it, to fund existing and recognized programs focusing on the recovery of PTSD, and education on how we can prevent PTSD from even occurring in our front line Men & Women in Service. Ultimate goal “Prevention of PTSD”!
Although PTSD is a huge issue amongst our Service Men & Women it is not a prison sentence! There is a way to move forward and maintain a life with your family and friends. For those who already have been affected by the effects of PTSD, we have credible resources on all levels that are designed and specifically created to work through some of the issues associated with PTSD. We will continue to help the Men & Women in service in a way that brings them closer to their families, helps them over come some of the obstacles and to help treat family members so they to know how to deal with the symptoms of their spouses.
We are working with many organizations across Canada to ensure that people are getting the help they need, working on Prevention modules within the different systems in place with Fire, Police, Military and all First Responders.
As with anything, the same method and rule does not apply to everyone, hence working with different programs to ensure we don’t leave anybody out.
To date Jessie has used her own funds to launch this program in its entirety. There has been no outside funding of any kind. Although Jessie would not change one thing that she has done to date by using her own funds, She also has come to the realization that if she wants to continue this work she will need financial help from people like you!
Thank you for your time and we look forward to working with in “Healing the World – One Song at a Time!”© Let’s all work together to make a difference!
Happy Thoughts,
Jessie Tylre Williams (Planetary Persuasion Ltd.)
WHO IS PLANETARY PERSUASION?
Planetary Persuasion is the body that encompasses the Canadian Singer/Songwriter Jessie Tylre Williams and her dream and vision as an Artist in "Healing the World – One Song at a Time". In her dream to make the world a better place to be, the organization Planetary Persuasion came to life.
From International tour dates and intimate acoustic shows to National Benefit Gala's and recording albums the dream started to grow of being the change she wanted to see in the world turning into a beautiful movement of hope, courage and determination hoping to inspire others along the way. Jessie has funded this program in its entirety to ensure its continued operations, and it is through Planetary Persuasion that allows us to use the business as the body that donates money to PTSD organizations.

Dear Jessie Tylre Williams
On behalf of Wounded Warriors Canada I want to express our unwavering support of Planetary Persuasion & Jessie Tylre Williams in support of Wounded Warriors Canada. Only through the hard work and dedication by yourself can we continue our mission to support Canada’s ill and injured military members and their families. Without Jessie Tylre William’s desire to give back to those who have served their country bravely by hosting this event, we would be unable to bridge those gaps through a wide range or programs and services that find solutions for our military members in need.
As a privately funded Canadian charity it is solely through the generous support of our partners like Jessie Tylre Williams that we are able to fund the programs and services we provide annually to our veterans and their families in need. In your efforts you have truly shown that you stand strong in the belief that every veteran counts and that you will always honour the fallen and help the living.
Sincerely,
Scott Maxwell David Macdonald Executive Director National Partnerships Wounded Warriors Canada Director Wounded Warriors Canada

NATIONAL HOUSE CONCERT SERIES BENEFIT GALA FOR PTSD
JESSIE TYLRE WILLIAMS Jessie Tylre Williams is a high-‐powered and compelling Singer/Songwriter from Manitoba, now residing in Alberta, who has now become Canada’s sweetheart. Jessie’s passion and drive is a perfect match for her humbling manner, “Healing the World – One Song at a Time”© truly showcases what she believes and stands for: music that brings people together in peace and unity. Deriving from a non-‐musical family, Jessie started writing when she was just 9 years old. After saving up to buy her first guitar Jessie started putting musical notes to her song writing, playing
until her fingers bled. “Music isn’t something you just wake up and say you’re going to do, it is in your blood”. At this time she did not know the true effect she would have on the musical community and how much her strength and compassion shines on with her support of PTSD and our Service Men & Women across Canada. No stranger to the music industry, Jessie has won many awards including Nashville TCMA awards for Most Outstanding Showcase Entertainer of the Year and Most Promising Female Artist of the Year. “The awards are really nice, but they are not what drive me. What drives me is the desire to change an all too often dim world. It’s important for me that people know and understand I want to be the difference that I want to see in the world, and I’m so blessed that I can captivate a larger audience through my music.” This passionate singer/songwriter displays her vulnerable side of her true heart and soul as each song walks you through a different chapter in her life. Her newest single “Breathe” shows us her raw and inspiring lyrics – “Just Breathe”, giving the listener hope in those moments of feeling overwhelmed and consumed by life’s daily challenges. Her compelling music has shown us that life is all about living and enjoying the moment you are in now. Taking a break from the music industry Jessie came back stronger, more focused and with the intent of using her music to benefit others. Through her experiences and own hardships Jessie realized she didn’t want to just sing and write for no reason, she wanted a purpose, a way to benefit man kind and make the world a little bit better. After years of research of hundreds of misrepresenting charities Jessie decided to take a stand and be a part of something real. Her heart goes out to Post-‐Traumatic Stress Disorder and our great Men & Women in Service across Canada. With this, the National House Concert Series Benefit Gala was born. Mixing music, silent auctions and great food, while bringing the local community together to create awareness for PTSD. Jessie’s hard work and determination will prevail with strength and growth for the National House Concert Series Benefit Gala tour dates across Canada and soon to be international tour dates. Raising awareness and abolishing the stigma of PTSD is only the beginning of Jessie’s influential vision. “It feels so good to give back, to leave a piece of me wherever I go. Something I feel so blessed to be able to do, to use music as a way to connect with people and help them through their hardships with hopes that I can inspire others along the way. We must never stop believing. Where there is life -‐ -‐ there truly is hope. Music is such a powerful force and it can really heal and transform lives” YouTube Link to “Breathe” -‐ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bEIKgzE4ihg

FAQ’S OF SPONSORSHIP AND HCS
Q: Why would you want to sponsor such an event?
A: There are many reasons you may want to get involved with such an incredible cause. Your reason(s) may be different from others but the real reason has to be yours. Here are some reasons why others have contributed/became involved:
! You or someone you know may suffer from PTSD ! You or someone you know may be providing service to our country through the Military, as a Police Officer,
Firefighter, EMS Worker and/or service in another way ! You have had a personal experience with PTSD ! You want to help others suffering from PTSD gain back their freedom ! It makes you feel good to know that you have played a role in the healing of so many
Q: What portion of the funds raised actually goes to “Wounded Warriors Canada” and the approved local charity?
A: 100% of all funds raised during our event will go to the approved local charity.
Q: What Portion of the ticket sales goes to charity?
A: Most of the money from ticket sales goes to cover the cost of the meal, venue rental, the sound and production and other associated costs involved in organizing the Gala. Once we have obtained and established partnerships with organizations and people like you who help in sponsoring these Gala’s we will be able to use more of the ticket sales to go to charities to focus on PTSD.
Q: Why did you decide to focus on PTSD as your charity of choice?
A: After months of diligently researching PTSD, what it really is, and the effects it can have on the individual affected by the disease and the impact it has on family and friends, Jessie knew there was a need to do something big for such a worthy cause. Then furthering her research on PTSD there seemed to be resources out there however, they were limited as to what they could do. The funding was not there to continue supporting PTSD ran programs and all in all to create a broader awareness of PTSD and to remove some of the stigma associated with PTSD.
Q: Who are some of the charities that you are currently working with?
A: Currently the charities that have been involved are Wounded Warriors Canada, Can Praxis ad Tri-‐Service Military Veterans Association. We hope to further our list of charities we sponsor as we continue to grow in the PTSD community and gain nationally recognized sponsors.
Q: What is the cost for me to become a sponsor?
There are many different levels of sponsorships. On the previous pages you will see the different levels of sponsorships and what each level entails to find what works best for you, every bit helps and is greatly appreciated
Q: What is the difference between a National Sponsor (Level 1) and a level 2 and 3 sponsor?
A: The difference in the sponsorship level is solely based on the monetary denomination you sponsor, how you decide you would like to sponsor and the benefits you receive for your sponsorship.
Q: Where does the money come from to fund the National House Concert Series Benefit Gala?
A: All monies currently invested into the National HCS Benefit Gala have come from Jessie Tylre Williams and the company she owns along with Co-‐Founder and President Rico Bonagofsky called Planetary Persuasion Ltd. There has been no outside funding, government grants, or donated funds to launch this program.

Q: How many endorsements do you have from reputable companies and if any who are the endorsements from?
A: To date, we have endorsements from reputable sources such as Wounded Warriors Canada and Tri-‐Service Military Veterans Association and ANAVETS.
Q: Do you have a 3-‐year plan for the HCS Benefit Gala?
A: Yes, our goals are quite high, but we are confident that we can, make these goals and vision a reality. On page two you will find our “3 Year HCS Plan” outlining what our mission is and some of the strategies in place to reach these goals.
Q: Are there any tax benefits for me by being a sponsor?
A: Depending on your specific company and/or personal situation you may be eligible for huge tax breaks because of your sponsorship. If you are not receiving a service for the sponsored funds you may be able to write it off for a charitable tax deduction. If you are receiving advertising and/or other benefits from your sponsorship you may be able to use that portion under your advertising budget. Check with your accountant or the CRA for more detailed information regarding tax breaks you may receive.
I hope this has helped to answer some of your questions.
