Base on piping general plans and P & ID, prepare comprehensive isometric drawing with sufficient technical information to cover necessary fabrication and erection activities including material take - off such piping system includes water fire protection, potable water, service air, ethylenelycol, fuel gas, crude oil, hydrogen, clycerine acidulation and fatty alcohol lines. Such materials of pipeline are follows: carbon steel, stainless steel, copper etc.

Provide input data on computerized material stock list using lotus 123. Prepare corresponding report for material availability.

Prepare detailed drawing of structural I-beams and trusses. Provide cutting plans for structural components, with accurate dimension to minimize waste

material off cuts. Prepare structural weld mans or weld joint configuration. Randomly verify critical actual dimensions of piping and structural material on site as per

fabrication drawing. Provide assistance to shop supervisors or lead-man in the interpretation of issued for
