PROCEDURES:

• A week prior to the general membership meeting, Retention Committee meets, to be presided by the DGK.

PROCEDURES:• FS reports on unpaid dues• Chancellor to report on inactive members (sick, disabled, etc.)• Suspend members due to non-payment of dues: FS to send demand letter Chancellor to follow up Advocate to send final demand letter Recommendation DGK to report
