(Details of the CMS reporting requirement can be found starting on page 179 of the CMS Final Rule.) Specifically, we are publishing the following information: a) All new respiratory cases identified in the center (including COVID-19 positive test results for either staff or residents) b) The current number of residents with respiratory cases living in the center c) The number of residents who graduated off the COVID-19 unit, discharged from the center or transferred to a non-COVID-19 unit d) Whether the center made any alterations to infection control and prevention measures. In addition to providing notification to the CDC in accordance with CMS requirements, each Villa center also updates this information daily on its website for the benefit of its residents, their representatives and families, and staff. All parties may easily access this information by visiting the COVID-19 information section of Villa’s website at www.villahc.com/COVID. CMS requires every skilled nursing center to provide updates to the CDC. (Details of the CMS

publishing the following information:
