Educational ObjectivesThis course will provide in-depth presentations on the latest changes and advancements in the identification, management, and treatment of infectious diseases. The goal is to facilitate the primary care provider with assessment, selection of treatment, and practical application. At the conclusion of the conference, the attendee will:

1. Have an improved understanding and be able to discuss the clinical aspects of the diseases presented during the meeting in order to improve the quality of healthcare provided to patients.

2. Interact with and question the speakers on a variety of clinical scenarios involving various infectious diseases.

3. Identify different health issues related to infectious diseases which may have an impact on the patient.
