Who we are• *UP has strong presence in China called Fortune Media, a full service
advertising and marketing agency with its core and focus on Chinese market, a local service arm for all UP* clients who want to develop business in China market.
• Fortune Media was founded by a group of Chinese returnees who have studied abroad and worked in both Chinese firms and multinational firms for over 10 years, a platform on which they would like to bring their passion, their own ideas of what true marketing and advertising should do to their industries they have worked.

Core Team• Michael Zhou, founder, worked for Ping An Insurance,
DBS Bank, Willis before starting the agency in 2006. He has over 10 years working experiences in brand management, marketing and strategic management in insurance and finance industries in the U.S, Hong Kong and China. Mr. Zhou graduated with MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2002.
• Jane Xia, founder, 15 years abundant working experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and biotech industries in China and the States; Functions including strategy and development, general management, sales, market research, public relationships as well as sourcing. The firms Ms. Xia served include GSK Pharmaceutical, Wyeth and Netraceutical Corp. Ms. Xia graduated with MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2003.
