Issue 3. 14th November 2014 Free this weekend?? Head up to the Braids for Hare & Hounds Cross Country run. (details can be found on their website) Ultimate Frisbee are holding a taster session through Active Schools & are participating in Movember for Macmillan. EUSSC: wiped the floor at this years BUDS event at Hillend, collecting 140 BUCS points. o Shoutouts go to Peter Brunton who won the ski slalom & giant slalom. o Breezy White won the ladies snowboard GS & came 2 nd in the ladies snowboard Big Air and Slopestyle. o Emma Hunter won the ladies ski Slopestyle and came 3 rd in Big Air. Hare & Hounds: The ladies team place 2 nd in the National Short Course XC on Sunday Women’s Football: 2s had a 71 win over Glasgow Caledonian. Goals from Liv Gallam (2), Jodie Ovens (2), Zoe Whittal, Shannon Urquart & Alex Amorosino. Cheerleading: won the Citi Society Challenge 2014, resulting in a cheque for £1000. Gymnastics: Came away with 13 golds, 7 silver & 5 bronze at the Scottish Cup at the weekend. Orienteering: Retained their title as Scottish Champions, coming 1 st &2 nd in the relay and with the women winning the individual.
