Business Overview UNR operates as a diversified construction company focusing on

two distinct segments of the market: Developing multi-functional multi-flat residential complexes, primarily in

Moscow Produce and supply infrastructure projects

Nemchinovka Development Commercial Retail & Residential Building plot with the area of 13 hectares is surrounded by a large forest not far away from

MKAD in the prestigious western area of Moscow vicinity. The residential section of the complex consists of sectional houses of variable number of floors (7-12 ).

The complex territory will comprise: a childcare center on 220 places, a school on 732 places, a sport and recreation center with a pool, a supermarket, a department store, a restaurant and a cafe.

Development consists of eight stages with the first two completed by the end of 2010, stages III and IV started in the first Q of 2011 and expected to be completed before the end of the second Q of 2011.
