1. Make a Good First ImpressionThe front of your house greets a buyer. Make sure it is clean and well maintained. Keep the lawn mowed and trees and bushes trimmed.

2. Decorate To Sell QuicklyHelp a buyer see how the home could look instead of having to imagine what it will look like. Replace worn carpet and faded wallpaper. A fresh coat of paint makes a huge difference.

3. Cheery Sells!Make sure that all curtains and blinds are open to show a buyer how cheery that home can be.
