The reserve amounts set forth above are for illustrative purposes and are not indicative of, and should not be interpreted as, estimates of existing reserves or resources. Valeura's actual well economics, including the amount of any oil or gas resources which are capable of being economically recovered, production rates, costs and expenses, may differ materially from those set forth above.
