Transcript of Unlocking the value of textile waste - NRA
S.O.F.T.™ is a world first textile resource recovery and advanced manufacturing innovation targeted at the global problem of textile waste. Developed in Australia, S.O.F.T.™ is a true circular economy model, reducing landfill volumes, unlocking value from textile waste and manufacturing highest quality recycled materials for reuse.

WHAT WE DO
S.O.F.T.™ - Separation of fibre technology BlockTexx owns patent pending and proprietary technology that separates polyester and cotton materials such as clothes, sheets and towels of any colour or condition back into their high value raw materials of PET and cellulose for reuse as new products for all industries. Products – rPET & cellulose powder
For every 10,000 tonnes of recycled textiles processed using the BlockTexx ecosystem, CO2 emissions are reduced by more than 800 tonnes.
