Unleavened Bread Recipe Good Friday is this Friday, April 10. As a church we’ll have a Family Good Friday reflection with Pastor Josh and Jenn and their kids at their home. You can find more info here. You can just use whatever bread, crackers, or chips that you have around and some juice or other drink for our time of communion together. Or you can also follow the simple recipe below to make some unleavened bread. This is a great activity to do with your kids as well! Recipe 1 Cup Flour. 3 Heaping Tablespoons Sugar. 1/3 Teaspoon Salt. 2-2.5 Tablespoons Milk (almond milk works, too) 1/3 Cup Butter Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all the ingredients, but the butter. Cut the butter in. Flour a clean surface, and roll your dough out. If it’s too flaky, add a little milk. It won’t roll well, and it might break into smaller pieces. That’s okay! On a parchment lined cookie sheet, move your pieces of dough (might need a spatula). Bake for 8 minutes. Flip dough. Bake an additional 3-5 minutes. Cool. Store in an airtight container. Recipe from Andrea Stansell, City Alliance Church, Williamsport, PA firstalliance.church FIRSTALLIANCE.CHURCH
