1. Highlights of my performance during the year ( with supporting data )

(i). Business Performance:

have completed 856 P.S.S report during the financial year 2013-14.This included approx 2500 site visits whichincluded workplace,residence property etc.Prepared opinion report @3.1 per day. The sanctions include all products of housing,education and other Personal segment loans.A customer friendlyapproach was adopted during P.S.S in which the customers were made aware of the various schemes and benefits run bythe bank. Progressive steps were taken to improve the assets of the bank.After P.S.S the report were simultaneously given to theprocessing section for further course of action keeping in view the bank's norms.#

(ii). House-Keeping:

Completion of P.S.S report of all proposals given to me was completed in a time bound and efficient manner

(iii). Branch Inspection & Audit Report:

Rendered full support to inspection and audit team for smooth audit to maintain our ER rating.Worked sincerely andsystematically keeping in view the bank norms and procedures.

(IV). Any other area:

Supported in maintaining data base efficiently in RACPC.

Nil I personally believe that constraints are the seeds to a more mature and efficient performance graph.

4. What according to me would enable me to perform better.

Constant learning,motivation and support on the part of senior peers would definitely enable me to perform better.

Took part in blood donation camp organised by Bank.Organised Motivational session for aspirants of Bankingexaminations.
