The scope of work included a complete renovation of an existing restaurant space that was formerly used for Einstein Bros. Bagels and transforming the space into a Panera Bread. ENCOTECH’s scope included all new electrical, HVAC, walls, plumbing, food service equipment and finishes including floor and wall tile, ceilings, wall finishes and a new front service counter.
