IMPORTANT NOTE

1. The applicant must take due care while filling up the form (online). The information provided by the

applicant in his/her Registration form shall not be changed or altered in any case and the University

will not entertain such requests under any circumstance. The University shall not be liable for any

mistake by the applicant.

2. In case if the number of registered candidates at any of the examination centres is less than 25

(Twenty five), then in such case the registered candidates will be allotted the nearest centre.

3. There is no provision of revaluation or scrutiny.

4. In case of any discrepancy in the Hindi version, the English version of the brochure will be treated as

correct version.

5. Only such RTI application shall be entertained which are received within 90 days from the

declaration of final result.

SESSION 2018-19

The UGAT-2018 will be conducted through Online mode on all India level and Offline mode

at Allahabad, Varanasi, Lucknow, Gorakphur, Bareilly, Kanpur, Agra, Patna, Bhopla, New

Delhi, Kolkata, Bangaluru and Srinagar Centres. The candidate has to opt for the choice of

Online or Offline Test at the time of application and this choice can not be changed at any

stage. The Offline Test will be done in the conventioned OMR Sheet. However, the Online

Test will be conducted on a Computer having Internet Connection which will be provided to

each applicant on the Test Centre.

Important Information

1. The Admission Test and admission to the first year of the undergraduate degree course shall be

governed by the relevant provisions of the University of Allahabad Act, 2005.

2. The other executive instructions of the Government of India, the regulations/norms issued by the

University Grants Commission (UGC) and the orders/judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court at

New Delhi and the Hon'ble High Court at Allahabad shall be strictly followed with regard to

reservation of seats in admission to the degree courses mentioned above.

3. The information in the brochure are complete. However, any subsequent change made will be

available on the website auadmissions.com or Admission-2018 link of www.allduniv.ac.in. The

admission to any degree course is suggestive of the fact that the terms and conidations laid down in

this brochure are acceptable to the candidate and his/her guardian. The existing provisions of the

Act, Statutes, Ordinances and Rules framed by the University and those modified from time to time

shall govern the candidate. Any change in the Rules, Regulations, Fee, special conditions etc. shall

mutatis mutandis apply to the admitted student.

4. The University of Allahabad reserves all rights to conduct UGAT-2018 and any decision taken by

the University in this regard shall be final and binding on all applicants.

5. UGAT-2018 is the combined Admission Test for admission to only regular degree courses offered

by the University of Allahabad and its Constituent Colleges, namely, Allahabad Degree College,

Arya Kanya Degree College, CMP Degree College, Iswar Saran Degree College, Jagat Taran Girls

Degree College, Rajarshi Tandon Mahila Mahavidyalaya, S. S. Khanna Girls Degree College and

Shyama Prasad Mukherji Degree College. Only those applicants who qualify this Admission Test

will be eligible for admission to the University and its Constituent Colleges.

(Note: Ewing Christian College and Hamidia Girls’ Degree College are Minority Institutions

and are not included in this Admission Test). They conduct separate Admission Tests.

6. Minimum Qualifying Marks and Deduction for Gap Years:

In order to qualify the test a candidate belonging to general category must obtain at least 30% and an

OBC category candidate must obtain at least 27% of the total marks of the test (i.e. 300)

respectively. However, there are no minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST category students. All

students who have passed the qualifying exam in the same year in which they appear in the

Admission Test no marks will be deducted from their grand total, but those who appear after the gap

of one year 5% marks will be deducted from the grand total similarly two years gap will invite 10%

deduction and three years gap will invite in 15% deduction a gap of more than three years will not

invite more than 15% deduction.

7. The Admission Test and admission shall be made only as per the published scheme. No change shall

be made in this scheme on the ground that the candidate's qualifying examination result is not

declared, or mark sheet has not been issued to the candidate, or the candidate has to appear in

supplementary examination, etc. However, the University reserves the right to change the dates of

Admission Test or admission, if confronted with any special circumstances.

A candidate who fails to be present for counseling for admission on the date fixed by the

University will forfeit his/her claim.

At the time of admission the candidate must have passed the qualifying examination.

Candidate appearing for supplementary examination will not be considered.

8. It shall be the duty of the applicant to produce the prescribed/desired documents for admission. In

case of non-production of the desired documents, his/her claim for admission shall automatically

stand cancelled. The information regarding the desired documents is published in this brochure and

any additional information will be published from time to time on www.auadmissions.com or

Admisions 2018 link www.allduniv.ac.in.

9. The applicant is advised to remain vigilant in collecting information published by the University

regarding the Admission Test, its results and other such details from relevant sources. The

University shall not be responsible if the applicant fails to collect such information.

10. The information regarding the admission Test and admission process will be published on the

University website and also in local newspapers.

11. The information supplied by the applicant in his/her application (Online) shall be final. Any

subsequent change in the Online Registration Form will not be allowed. If any information provided

by the applicant is found to be false or forged at any stage, his/her admission shall be cancelled and

he/she may be liable for prosecution under the law.

12. The applicant is advised to preserve the print-out of Online Registration Form and the Fee Payment

(Transaction No.) for future correspondence and reference.

13. Results declared by the University shall be final. There is no provision for scrutiny or revaluation of

Answer Sheets.

14. Ragging in the University of Allahabad and its Constituents Colleges is strictly prohibited as

per orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The Orders of Hon'ble Supreme Court

have been communicated by the UGC letter no. F1-1 /2006 (CPP-II) dated March 4, 2008. If

any incident of ragging is reported it will invite stringent penal action according to law and as

per directives of Hon'ble Supreme Court of lndia.

15. Disputes related to admissions shall be under the jurisdiction of the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court of

Judicature at Allahabad only.

Under Graduate Admission Test (UGAT) - 2018

UGAT-2018 is the Entrance Examination for the session 2018-19 for admission to the regular degree

courses only i.e. B.A., B.Com., B.Sc. (Maths), B.Sc.(Bio), B.Sc. (Home Science), B.F.A. and B.P.A.

of the University of Allahabad and its eight (08) Constituent Colleges. The list of Centres under

Online and Ofline mode will be made available at the Time of Application and will be available on

the website auadmissions.com or Admision-2018 link of www.allduniv.ac.in

Eligibility for UGAT-2018

1. An applicant who has passed or appeared in any stream of the Intermediate Examination conducted

by the U.P. Board/C.B.S.E./I.S.C. or an examination equivalent thereto is eligible to apply for the

Undergraduate Admission Tests for B.A., B.F.A. and B.P.A.

2. An applicant who has passed or appeared at the above examination with Science Group is eligible to

apply for the Undergraduate Admission Test for B.Sc. (Maths & Biology group respectively).

3. Only such female applicants who have passed or appeared at the above examination either with

Art/Science Group/Agriculture/Trade are eligible to apply for B.Sc. (Home Science)

4. The candidate who has passed or appeared in the above examination with Commerce stream or

Science stream will be eligible for admission to B.Com.

5. For BA (Music)/B.P.A application forms of only those candidates would be considered who have

Music as one of the subject at Intermediate level or they have passed an equivalent examination in

Music from a recognized Institution.

Note:

A candidate who holds a Bachelor's Degree in any stream is not eligible to apply for anyof the

streams of UGAT-2018.

UGAT-2018 Registration

Registration for UGAT-2018 can be done only by Online Registration at www.auadmissions.com or

Admission-2018 link at www.allduniv.ac.in

Candidates can submit online form for the UGAT-2018 test at the website www.auadmissions.com

or Admission-2018 link of www.alldiniv.ac.in. The website provides all the information required for

Online Form submission.

Requirement for Online Form Submission:

Admission aspirants are required to have a scanned copy of their coloured photograph (3.5 x 4.5 cm)

and their signature. These scanned copies of coloured photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm) in JPEG Format (*.JPG)

80 KB and signature in JPEG (* .JPG) 50 KB Format are required to be uploaded during the online

form submission. The file size of photograph (80 KB) and signature (50KB) in any case shall not

exceed. All aspirants filling the Online Form are advised to read the instructions to fill up the Online

Form, which has all the pre-requisite and the guidelines to this regard.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ON-LINE SUBMISSION:

PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM FOR ADMISSION TEST:

Candidates can submit online form for the Admission Test-2018 at the concerned link of the website

www.auadmissions.com or Admission-2018 link of www.allduniv.ac.in. The website has all the

information required for Online Form submission. Online Prospectus: The prospectus for all courses of

Admission Test-2018 is available on the concerned link of the www.auadmissions.comor Admission-

2018 link of www.allduniv.ac.in and the admission aspirants can visit the website and download it.

Aspirants are advised to read the prospectus carefully before applying.

Admit Card: Admit Card for all the eligible applicants shall be available on the University website

www.auadmissions.com or Admisison-2018 link of www.allduniv.ac.in. The applicants

can download their Admit Card by providing their application ID and password. The

Admit Card shall only be made available to those applicants whose registration (Online)

form is complete in all respect. The University shall not be any case provide the Admit

Card through post or University Center.

Test Centres: The Admission Test will be held at different Centres in the city of Allahabad besides some

important cities of India i.e. Allahabad, Varanasi, Lucknow, Gorakphur, Bareilly, Kanpur,

Agra, Patna, Bhopla, new Delhi, Kolkata, Bangaluru and Srinagar. The name of the Test

Centers will be explicitly written on the Admit Card of the applicant and will not be

changed in any case. No traveling allowance will be paid to the applicant appearing in the

Test.Ifthe total number of candidates for a particular centre is not sufficient (less then 25)

then the University reserves the right to cancel that centre and allocate Allahabad Centre

or nearest centre to such candidates. In no case a candidate is allowed to appear at any

other Centre.

Test Schedule: See the Examination Scheme mentioned on the website www.auadmissions.com or

Admission-2018 link of www.allduniv.ac.in. Online admission test will held in many

cities of India. The list of Online Test centres is available on the above website.

Test Syllabus: The Admission Test will be of Two Hours duration. Every candidate has to answer

150 questions from multiple choice questions. For every correct answer 02 marks

will be awarded and for every wrong answer 0.5 marks will be deducted.

Out of seven subjects, namely Civics, Economics, Geography, History, Logic, Sanskrit, and Urdu each

subject will have 25 questions of Intermediate level. The candidate will have to optany three subjects

from amongst these and shall answer all the questions from the three subjects so opted.

B. B.Sc. Admission Test- (Intermediate Standard)

1. The Duration of the course leading to the degree of B.F.A shall be of four academic years.

2. Admission to B.F.A. (Bachelor of Fine Art) Four Year Degree Course shall be made on the

basics of the result of an Entrance Test. Provided that a Candidate for admission must have

passed the Intermediate Examination of UP Board of Secondary Education, Allahabad or any

other examination recognized by the University of Allahabad equivalent thereto.

3. Number of Seat: 61

4. The admissions shall be made on the basis of merit in entrance test. (Theory; conducted by the

University of Allahabad and Practical; conducting by Department of Visual Arts) Applicant

shall also be required to appear in both Practical, & Written Tests, Containing 600 marks.

Admission Test:

Note: Date of Practical test will be announced after declaration of result of theory test and will be

available on website on auadmissions.com and Admissions 2018 link of Allduniv.ac.in as well

as on notice board of the Departemnt.

F. Bachelor of Performing Arts (B.P.A.) Admission Test (Intermediate Level)

Paper will consist of 150 multiple choice objective questions of 2 marks each. For each correct

answer 2 marks will be awarded and 0.5 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. The

Questions will be based on Music (Vocal, Sitar & Tabla) of Intermediate Lavel. The duration of the

Test will be 120 Minutes.

The admission shall be made on the merit in Entrance Test (Theory, conducted by the University of

Allahabad and Practical conducted by Department of music). Applicant shall be requied to appear

in both theory and practical test containing 500 marks.

Admission Test:

1. Theory Test - 150 multiple choce objective questions maximum marks 300.

2. Practical Test - To be held in the department of music marks 200.

Note: Date of Practical test will be announced after declaration of result of theory test and will be

available on website on auadmissions.com and Admissions 2018 link of allduniv.ac.in. and it

will also be displayed on the notice board of the department.

Abridged Admission Rules

Ordinance and Regulations (in case of any controversy, the English version of the brochure will be

accepted):

• All candiated seeking admission in B.A., B.Sc., B.Sc. (Home Science), B.Com., B.F.A., B.P.A.,

Part-I class have to appear in the Admission Test - 2018 for the subject combination/stream.

• The Foreign Nationals who, having passed the qualifying examination has applied through the

Department of Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, and Government of India is

exempted from the Admission Test. Such a candidate may be admitted to a course of study on the

recommeddation of the Foreign Student Advisory Board of the University. The nominated candidate

must apply before the completion of admission process otherwise his/hercandidature shall not be

considered.

A. Reservation to Candidates of Weaker Section:

1.0 In accordance with provision of Section 9 of the University of Allahabad Act, 2005 (Act No. 26 of

2005) seats shall be reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Other Backward

Classes (OBC) category candidates in all subjects / course for which the Admission Test has been

held, as given here under:

1.1 15 % of the total seats in each subject / course shall be reserved for candidates belonging to

Scheduled Caste (SC) category;

1.2 7.5 %of the total seats in each subject / course shall be reserved for candidates belonging to

Scheduled Tribe (ST) category; and

1.3 27 %of the total seats in each subject / course shall be reserved for candidates belonging to Other

Backward Caste (OBC) category.

1.4 In case the seats reserved for Scheduled Tribe (ST) category candidates remain vacant on account of

non-availability of candidates the same shall be filled by the candidates of Scheduled Caste (SC)

candidates.

B. Kashmiri Migrants:

2.0 Relaxation in cut-off percentage up to 10% increase in intake capacity upto 5% course-wise

reservation at least one seat in technical / professional institutions waving of domicile requirement

to wards of Kashmiri migrant as per MHRD Ministry letter No. 3-1/2012-NER date 4th June, 2014

shall be give in admission

C. NCC Weightage:

3.0 A weightage given below shall be added to the score obtained by the candidate in the Admission

Test / Entrance Test,NCC 'B' certificate holder : 5% and NCC ‘C’ certificate holder 10%.

D. Foreign Nationals/NRI:

4.0 Foreign Nationals shall be required to apply through International Students Advisor in accordance

with the procedure laid down by the University of Allahabad. The candidate in this case shall not be

required to appear in the Admission Test / Entrance Test, but shall be considered for admission on

the recommendation of a committee constituted for the purpose, which shall examine the academic

credentials and certificates of the candidate before making any recommendation.

E. Sports Quota:

5.0 Under Sports-Quota, at the graduate level only those candidates can be considered for admission

who are eligible to participate in Inter-University Tournaments as per Association of Indian

Universities (AIU), New Delhi rules and have participated at State and National Championships

organized under School Games Federation of India and Junior Level (under 19 years of age)

District, Region, State and National Championships organized by various District/State

Associations and Federations. The candidates will be selected in order of merit of sports subject to

availability of seats.

5. The Advisory Committee, Athletic Association, University of Allahabad reserves the right to

conduct the field trials and verification of documents of any candidate to determine genuineness of

the documents.

5.2 The candidate shall be required to produce all the original game / sports certificates in support of his

/her claim at the time of admission / interview. The University reserves the right to verify the

documents (games / sports certificates etc.) and if found fake, suitable action shall be taken against

the candidate.

5.3 2 %of the total seats in each subject/ course shall be allotted under Sports Quota.

5.4 Admission under separate quota will strictly be on the basis of merit list provided by the advisory

committee, Athletic association.

F. Physically Challenged Quota:

6.0 "A candidate who has a certified disability of not less than 40% in any limb or in orthopaedic

structure which, in the opinion of the Medical Board (constituted by the University of Allahabad),

amounts to an over all physical handicap of not more than 70 % or is a certified blind, may be

admitted to the concerned course / subject, irrespective of his position in the order of merit of the

total aggregate score, on the recommendation of the Medical Board, subject to the condition that

number of such candidates shall not exceed 5 % of the total seats in the respective course/subject.

The privilege shall not be given except claimed by the candidate at the time of application. At the

time of admission the candidate shall be required to produce a certificate issued by the Chief

Medical Officer of the appropriate District or by the Viklang Kendra, Allahabad, which testifies to

his disability and bears an attested photograph indicating his / her disability clearly.

6.1a. All candidates entitled to be admitted under the above quota to a course shall be adjusted

againsttheir respective social category.

6.1b. Seats under physically handicapped quota shall be filled in order of preference given bellow:

(i) Visually impaired

(ii) Hearing impaired

(iii) Orthopaedic disability

6.1c Seats of each category given in 6.1.b.(I), (II) & (III) shall be filled on the basis of order of merit of

the candidates in the Admission Test.”

G. Teacher/Employee Ward Quota:

5.0 After the completion of admission on the sanctioned seats in each course of study, the sons and

daughters of regularly appointed serving and retired teachers / employee of the University, the

University Institutes, the constituents Colleges and constituents Institutes, and who produce

relevant certificate duly signed by the Registrar in case of University and University Institutes, the

Principal in the case of constituent Colleges and the Director in case of constituent Institutes shall

be admitted, on the basis of their relative scores against 5 % supernumerary seats (with a minimum

of one seat) in each course of study, only in the unit / sub-unit in which such Teachers / Employees

are serving or where from they have superannuated. Provided further if in case seats remain vacant

in a course in the unit/subunit, these will be filled by the wards of the employees of other

units/subunits.

• Teacher / Employee Ward benefit will may be granted only when the candidate has made such a

claim in the Registration Form and presents the required documents and certificates at the time of

admission. The order of merit for admission shall be determined on the basis of computed marks of the

candidate as under:

• Computed Marks = Candidate's Test Score + Weightage/Premium (if any)

• If two or more candidates obtain the same computed total marks, their relative merit for the purpose

of admission and/or allotment of subjects (s) shall be determined on the following basis:

a) the marks obtained by the candidate in the Intermediate or equivalent examination;

b) in case the marks obtained by the two candidates in the Intermediate or equivalent

examinations are equal then the marks obtained by the two candidates in the High School

or equivalent examination;

c) in case the marks obtained by the two candidates in the High School or equivalent

examination are also equal, then by the draw of lots.

Test Results

• The results of UGAT-2018 will be announced in 2nd week of June, 2018.

www.allduniv.ac.in

Counseling and Admission Process

1. Admission will start in the Last week of June 2018 by the process of 'Counseling'. The details of

information regarding the counseling will be published in local newspapers, and will also available

on the website www.auadmissions.com or Admision-2018 link of www.allduniv.ac.in and no

inquiries in this regard will be entertained.

2. The purpose of 'Counseling is to help provide information regarding the availability of seats in

accordance to the merit.

3. The Counseling and admission will be done separately and simultaneously in University and its

constituent colleges.

4. The candidate will be required to present themselves in person for the Counseling and

admission/allotment of subjects combination on the date, time and place already announced. If the

candidate does not turn up on such date/time along with the required documents, he/she will forfeit

his/her claim of admission to the particular course/combination of subject and the candidate next in

merit will be accommodated against such seat/combination of subjects.

a) High School or equivalent examination mark-sheet and certificate in original along with a

photocopy thereof.

b) Intermediate or equivalent examination mark-sheet and Certificate in original along with a

photocopy thereof.

c) Original Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate for regular candidates at the Qualifying

Examination/affidavit duly attested by a Notary/Public Commissioner for private candidates at the

Qualifying Examination.

d) Admission Test - 2018 Admit Card issued by the University.

e) Admission fee in cash to be deposited at the time of admission in the respective units at Pravesh

Bhawan .

f) Additional documents to be produced by the candidates claiming weightage/premium/special

Consideration:

Before proceeding to fill and submit the On-line Application / Registration Form for UGAT

Admission Test 2018, the candidate is strongly advised to carry out the following tasks for

his/her own convenience:

Take a Print-out of this Brochure (Information and Guidelines) and read it carefully.

Read thoroughly the Instructions for the filling and submission of the On-line Form.

Review and ensure the correctness of the details of his/her academic record at

Graduation, for purposes of making required entries in the On-line Form.

Get his / her latest Passport-size Coloured Photograph and the signature (with black ink on

white background) scanned by Computer, so that the scanned Photograph with his / her

signature can be submitted with the On-line Form.

If the candidate does not already have an e-mail address (e-mail ID), he /she should create for

himself / herself a valid e-mail ID, in order that the UGAT Admission Test 2018 Committee may

send him / her significant instructions or information (as per need) by e-mail.

It should be noted that the Test Fees shall not be refunded or carried over in case the application

of the candidate is rejected, or his / her candidature is rendered infructuous or cancelled at any

stage, or he / she does not appear wholly or partially for UGAT Admission Test 2018.

NOTE: There is no provision for the withdrawal by a candidate of his / her application /

candidature for UGAT Admission Test 2018 once he / she has submitted the Form or,

pursuant to the same, remitted the Test Fees.

The candidate is strongly advised to check (and double-check) that all the required entries have

been fully and correctly made by him / her on the On-line Application / Registration Form, and

in particular to ensure the following :

His / her scanned Photograph along with his her signature has been properly submitted while

submitting the Online Registration Form.

The information entered in different columns is factually correct and complete (i. e. relevant

information has not been concealed or misrepresented).

After completing and checking its entries the candidate should submit the On-Line Form by

clicking the SUBMIT Button at the bottom for the online form. In the following circumstances,

the Website shall refuse to accept the Form and shall give a message indicating the mistake (or

mistakes) in the Form requiring correction. Such messages may indicate the following

circumstances:

The candidate has not filled one or more essential/mandatory fields (i. e. has not made one or

more compulsory entries which are marked by * in the online form).

The candidate has made an irrelevant entry in any field.

The candidate shall have to correct all the mistakes indicated in the message, and then submit

the on-Line Form once again by clicking on the SUBMIT Button. The Website may again

refuse to accept the Form in case mistakes remain. In such a situation, the candidate shall

continue to have to make the required corrections and keep on submitting the Form, by

clicking again on the SUBMIT Button till no further mistakes are pointed out by the

Website.

After the form is submitted successfully, the Website will give the following message:

Application Successfully Submitted

and will display Application ID assigned to the candidate for accessing the Website in respect of

his/her candidature. An e-mail will also be sent to the candidate. The candidate is strongly

advised to securely remember / store the E-mail & Application ID for future use and reference.

The candidate may feed his / her E-mail and Application ID to the Website to view and take a

Printout of the Form, and check the status of his application.

NOTE: It is clarified that the successful submission of the candidate's Form does not indicate

that his / her candidature for UGAT Admission Test 2018 has been approved. In fact, the Form is

subject to further scrutiny and the candidate shall not be entitled to appear at UGAT Admission

Test 2018 till his/ her candidature has been approved and his ADMIT CARD has been released

On-Line at the Website.

Immediately after the successful submission of the Form for final processing, the candidate

should do the following:

Get the hard copy (Print-out) of the Form from the Website for your own record.

The hard copy of the Form received within the prescribed date shall be scrutinised in the

Upon the REGISTRATION of the candidate, a message to this effect shall be displayed with

6. न्यूनतम अहटता अकं तिा गैप इयर हेतु अकंों में कटौती:- (i) श्जन छात्रों ने अहमकारी परीक्षा उसी वर्म र्ें उत्तीणम की है श्जस वर्म वे प्रवेश परीक्षा

र्ें बैठ रहें हैं उनके अांकों र्ें कोई किौती नहीां की जायेगी। लेककन एक वर्म के अन्तराल पर प्रवेश परीक्षा िेने पर कुल अांकों से 5%, िो वर्ों के अन्तराल पर प्रवेश परीक्षा िेने पर 10% तथा िो से अधिक वर्ों के अन्तराल पर प्रवशे परीक्षा िेने पर 15% अांकों की किौती की जायेगी।

(ii) प्रवेश के ललए अहम होने के ललए सार्ान्य शे्रणी के छात्रों को न्यूनतर् 30% तथा अन्य वपछडा वगम के छात्रों को न्यूनतर् 27% अांक प्रवेश परीक्षा र्ें पाना अतनवायम होगा। एस.सी./एस.िी. छात्रों हेतु कोई न्यूनतर् अहमता अांक तनिामररत नहीां हैं।

7. ववचवववद्यालय पूवम घोवर्त कायमक्रर् के अनुसार प्रवेश कायम सम्पन्न करेगा। प्रवेश कायमक्रर् र्ें कोई पररवतमन इस आिार पर नहीां ककया जायेगा कक अभ्यथी की अहमकारी परीक्षा का पररणार् घोवर्त नहीां है, अथवा उसको अांक ताललका प्राप्त नहीां हुई है या उसे अनुपूरक परीक्षा र्ें सश्म्र्ललत होना है।

विश्िविद्यालय विशषे एिं अपररहायट स्स्िनतयों में प्रिेश परीक्षा अििा प्रिेश की नतथियों में पररितटन कर सकता है। ननर्ाटररत नतथि पर काउस्न्सललगं या प्रिेश हेत ुउपस्स्ित न होने पर प्रिेशािी अपने प्रिेश का दािा खो देगा। अभ्यिी को प्रिेश के समय अहटकारी परीक्षा उत्तीिट होना आिश्यक है और अगर उसे अनुपूरक परीक्षा में सस्ममललत होना है तो उसे प्रिेश नहीं लमलेगा।

14. माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के आदेशानुसार इलाहाबाद विश्िविद्यालय एि ंइसके संघटक महाविद्यालय में रैथगगं पूिटतया प्रनतबस्न्र्त है। यह आदेश UGC के पत्र स.ं F1-1/2006(CPP-II) टदनांक 04 माचट, 2008 के संज्ञान में लाया गया है। रैथगगं की सूचना लमलने पर माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के आदेशों एिं कानून के अनुसार कठोर दण्डात्मक, कायटिाही की जायेगी।

1.2 प्रत्येक ववर्य / पाठ्यक्रर् के कुल सीिों / स्थानों का 7.5 प्रततशत स्थान अनुसूधित जनजातत के वगम के अभ्यधथमयों के ललए आरक्षक्षत।

1.4 यदि अनुसूधित जनजातत वगम के ललए आरक्षक्षत स्थान उस वगम के अभ्यधथमयों की अनुपलब्िता के कारण ररक्त रहत ेहैं तो ररश्क्तयों को अनुसूधित जातत वगम के अभ्यधथमयों द्वारा भरा जायेगा।

सलाहकार के र्ाध्यर् से आवेिन ककया है, उनको प्रवेश परीक्षा र्ें सश्म्र्ललत होना अतनवायम नहीां है। उन्हें इलाहाबाि ववचवववद्यालय द्वारा तनयुक्त वविेशी परार्शमिात्री सलर्तत की सांस्तुतत पर प्रवेश दिया जा सकता है। सलर्तत सांस्तुतत के पूवम अभ्यथी के शैक्षक्षक स्तर पर तथा उनकी प्रर्ाणणकता का अध्ययन करेगी।

(य) खेलकूद कोटा : इस कोिे के अन्तगमत स्नातक स्तर पर केवल उन्हीां अभ्यधथमयों के आवेिन पर वविार

ककया जायेगा, जो कक अन्तर ववचवववद्यालय िूनामर्ेंि र्ें भारतीय ववचवववद्यालय सांघ (ए.आई.य.ू) नयी दिल्ली के तनयर्ों के अनुसार भाग लेने के अहम है तथा जूतनयर स्तर (कक्षा 10 तथा 12) पर ‘स्कूल गेम्स फेिरेशन ऑफ इश्ण्िया’ तथा जूतनयर स्तर (19 वर्म आयु से तनम्न) श्जला, क्षेत्र, प्रिेश तथा राटरीय िशै्म्पयनलशप जो कक र्ान्यता प्राप्त ववलभन्न श्जला / प्रिेशीय ऐसोलशयेशन और फेिरेशन के द्वारा आयोश्जत की गयी हो, र्ें अपने ववद्यालय का प्रतततनधित्व ककया हो। अभ्यधथमयों का ियन सीि / स्थान की उपलब्िता तथा ववर्य र्ें प्राप्त र्ेररि के आिार पर ककया जायेगा।

5.1 सलाहकार सलर्तत, ऐथलेदिक एसोलसएशन तथा इलाहाबाि ववचवववद्यालय को ‘फील्ि रायल’ का आयोजन करने तथा अभ्यथी द्वारा प्रस्तुत अहमकारी प्रर्ाण-पत्रों / िस्तावेजों आदि का परीक्षण करने / सत्यता जााँिने आदि का सवामधिकार सुरक्षक्षत है।

5.2 अभ्यधथमयों को प्रवेश / इण्िरवय ू / काउांसललांग के सर्य खेलकूि से सम्बश्न्ित अपन ेसर्स्त र्ूल प्रर्ाण-पत्रों व अलभलेखों को अवचय प्रस्तुत करना होगा। ववचवववद्यालय का यह सवामधिकार सुरक्षक्षत है कक वह सर्स्त अलभलेखों / प्रर्ाण-पत्रों की सत्यता परख ेतथा यदि यह गलत अथवा असत्य पाया जाता है तो अभ्यथी के ववरूद्ि तनयर्ानुसार कायमवाही की जायेगी।

5.3 प्रत्येक ववर्य / पाठ्यक्रर् र्ें कुल स्थानों का 2 प्रततशत स्थान खेलकूि कोिे के अन्तगमत आवश्न्ित है।

(र) टदवयांग अभ्यथिटयों हेत ु: 6.0 वे अभ्यथी श्जनके ककसी हाथ अथवा पैर र्ें अश्स्थ सम्बन्िी अथवा दृश्टि िोर् अथवा

श्रवण िोर् की 40 प्रततशत (इलाहाबाि ववचवववद्यालय द्वारा गदठत र्ेडिकल बोिम द्वारा) दिवयाांगता जो 70 प्रततशत से अधिक न हो, के आवेिन पर तत्सम्बन्िी पाठ्यक्रर् / ववर्य पर उसके द्वारा कुल अांकों के र्ेररि र्ें प्राप्त स्थान के आिार पर (जबकक र्ेंडिकल बोिम की सांस्तुतत तथा प्रत्येक पाठ्यक्रर् / ववर्य र्ें तनिामररत कुल स्थानों के 5 प्रततशत से अधिक दिवयाांग अभ्यधथमयों के आवेिन न होन ेपर वविार ककया जायेगा।

यह अधिलाभ तभी प्रिान ककया जायेगा जबकक अभ्यथी न े प्रवेश के सर्य दिये गये आवेिन र्ें इसका िावा ककया हो। प्रवेश के सर्य अभ्यथी को सम्बश्न्ित श्जले के र्ुख्य धिककत्सा अधिकारी (सी.एर्.ओ.) अथवा इलाहाबाि र्ें श्स्थत ‘दिवयाांग केन्र’ के द्वारा प्रित्त प्रर्ाण-पत्र जो कक अभ्यथी की सत्यावपत फोिो तथा जाांिोपरान्त अभ्यथी की दिवयाांगता का स्पटि वववरण को िशामते हुए प्रित्त की गयी हो।

2. परार्शम (काउश्न्सललांग) का उद्िेचय अभ्यधथमयों को पाठ्यक्रर् / ववर्य ियन र्ें र्ेररि के अनुसार उपलब्ि ररक्त स्थानों के आिार पर सहायता करना है।

3. इलाहाबाि ववचवववद्यालय एवां सांघिक ववद्यालयों र्ें परार्शम एवां प्रवेश अलग-अलग परन्त ुएक ही सर्य पर होगा।

(c) अहमकारी परीक्षा के तनयलर्त छात्रों का र्ूल स्थानान्तरण प्रर्ाण पत्र (िी.सी.) / र्ाइगे्रशन प्रर्ाण पत्र। अहमकारी परीक्षा के वयश्क्तगत (प्राइवेि) अभ्यधथमयों को नोिरी पश्ब्लक कलर्चनर द्वारा सत्यावपत शपथ पत्र।

(d) प्रवेश परीक्षा 2018 हेत ुववचवववद्यालय द्वारा तनगमत र्ूल प्रवेश पत्र। (e) प्रवेश के ललए तनिामररत शुल्क प्रवेश के सर्य नगि जर्ा करना पडगेा। (f) अधिभार / अधिलाभ / ववशरे् सुवविा का िावा करन ेआये अभ्यधथमयों को तनम्नललणखथ

अनुसूधित जनजातत, ओ.बी.सी. सांवगम र्ें प्रवेश का िावा ककया है तब तनिामररत जातत प्रर्ाण पत्र का र्ूल पत्र तथा छायाप्रतत प्रस्तुत करना अतनवायम है। अन्य वपछडा वगम के अभ्यधथमयों द्वारा केन्र सरकार के प्रारूप पर नवीन प्रर्ाण पत्र श्जसर्ें गैर र्लाईिार परत (नॉन-क्रीर्ी लेयर) दिखाया गया हो, अतनवायम है।

ii. तनयर्-2 से शालसत अभ्यधथमयों को भारत सरकार द्वारा कचर्ीरी ववस्थावपतों को जारी पत्र की र्ूल प्रतत तथा छायाप्रतत, केन्रीय सरकार के प्राविानों के अनुसार प्रवेश र्ें कचर्ीरी ववस्थावपतों को लाभ दिया जायेगा।

iii. तनयर्-3 से शालसत अभ्यधथमयों को एन.सी.सी. "B" तथा "C" प्रर्ाण पत्र की र्ूल प्रतत तथा छायाप्रतत।

र्ूलप्रतत तथा छायाप्रतत। v. तनयर्-6 से शालसत अभ्यधथमयों को श्जला धिककत्सालय के र्ुख्य धिककत्सा अधिकारी

(सी.एर्.ओ.) या इलाहाबाि के दिवयाांग केन्र द्वारा तनगमत शारीररक (दृचय, श्रवण एवां अश्स्थ) अक्षर्ता प्रर्ाण पत्र की र्ूलप्रतत तथा छायाप्रतत। शारीररक रूप से अक्षर् अभ्यधथमयों को इलाहाबाि ववचवववद्यालय के छात्र कल्याण अधिटठाता द्वारा घोवर्त ततधथ पर उनके कायामलय र्ें धिककत्सकों के सम्र्ुख प्रस्तुत होना अतनवायम है।

(g) आय का प्रर्ाण पत्र (यदि पररवार की वावर्मक आय एक लाख तक है तो) सक्षर् अधिकारी द्वारा तनगमत कराना होगा।



APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Instructions for Filling in the Online Application

Form

The candidate has to fill and submit the Form ON-LINE, in accordance with the instructions

given in the said Website and also summarised in this Section.

NOTE: The Form shall not be accessible at the Website www.auadmissions.com or admission

2018 Link of www.allduniv.ac.in after the last date of accessibility given in the Schedule.

Before proceeding to fill and submit the On-line Application / Registration Form for UGAT

Admission Test 2018, the candidate is strongly advised to carry out the following tasks for

his/her own convenience:

Take a Print-out of this Brochure (Information and Guidelines) and read it carefully.

Read thoroughly the Instructions for the filling and submission of the On-line Form.

Review and ensure the correctness of the details of his/her academic record at

Graduation, for purposes of making required entries in the On-line Form.

Get his / her latest Passport-size Coloured Photograph and the signature (with black ink on

white background) scanned by Computer, so that the scanned Photograph with his / her

signature can be submitted with the On-line Form.

If the candidate does not already have an e-mail address (e-mail ID), he /she should create for

himself / herself a valid e-mail ID, in order that the UGAT Admission Test 2018 Committee may

send him / her significant instructions or information (as per need) by e-mail.

It should be noted that the Test Fees shall not be refunded or carried over in case the application

of the candidate is rejected, or his / her candidature is rendered infructuous or cancelled at any

stage, or he / she does not appear wholly or partially for UGAT Admission Test 2018.

NOTE: There is no provision for the withdrawal by a candidate of his / her application /

candidature for UGAT Admission Test 2018 once he / she has submitted the Form or,

pursuant to the same, remitted the Test Fees.

The candidate is strongly advised to check (and double-check) that all the required entries have

been fully and correctly made by him / her on the On-line Application / Registration Form, and

in particular to ensure the following :

His / her scanned Photograph along with his her signature has been properly submitted while

submitting the Online Registration Form.

The information entered in different columns is factually correct and complete (i. e. relevant

information has not been concealed or misrepresented).

After completing and checking its entries the candidate should submit the On-Line Form by

clicking the SUBMIT Button at the bottom for the online form. In the following circumstances,

the Website shall refuse to accept the Form and shall give a message indicating the mistake (or

mistakes) in the Form requiring correction. Such messages may indicate the following

circumstances:

The candidate has not filled one or more essential/mandatory fields (i. e. has not made one or

more compulsory entries which are marked by * in the online form).

The candidate has made an irrelevant entry in any field.

The candidate shall have to correct all the mistakes indicated in the message, and then submit

the on-Line Form once again by clicking on the SUBMIT Button. The Website may again

refuse to accept the Form in case mistakes remain. In such a situation, the candidate shall

continue to have to make the required corrections and keep on submitting the Form, by

clicking again on the SUBMIT Button till no further mistakes are pointed out by the

Website.

After the form is submitted successfully, the Website will give the following message:

Application Successfully Submitted

and will display Application ID assigned to the candidate for accessing the Website in respect of

his/her candidature. An e-mail will also be sent to the candidate. The candidate is strongly

advised to securely remember / store the E-mail & Application ID for future use and reference.

The candidate may feed his / her E-mail and Application ID to the Website to view and take a

Printout of the Form, and check the status of his application.

NOTE: It is clarified that the successful submission of the candidate's Form does not indicate

that his / her candidature for UGAT Admission Test 2018 has been approved. In fact, the Form is

subject to further scrutiny and the candidate shall not be entitled to appear at UGAT Admission

Test 2018 till his/ her candidature has been approved and his ADMIT CARD has been released

On-Line at the Website.

Immediately after the successful submission of the Form for final processing, the candidate

should do the following:

Get the hard copy (Print-out) of the Form from the Website for your own record.

The hard copy of the Form received within the prescribed date shall be scrutinised in the

following respects:

Upon the REGISTRATION of the candidate, a message to this effect shall be displayed with

his / her On-Line Application Form on the Website (which may be viewed by entering the

applicants USER).

Once the candidate has been Registered, he/she should view and take a hard copy (Print-out) of

his / her ADMIT CARD. The ADMIT CARD shall indicate the Roll Number, and the Test

Centre details of the candidate.
