Bachelor of Arts in Ministry & Leadership
The University has designed this program to provide students with knowledge, skills,
and values in the areas of Bible/Theology, Ministry, Leadership, and Personal Formation
that are necessary to lead others in a Christian setting. This program is designed for
busy leaders whose responsibilities and schedules do not permit enrollment in a
traditional university program. Ideal students are highly motivated, involved in some
type of ministry or outreach which may or may not be vocational, and range in age
from mid-20s to 50+.
Accessible Format: Online format that goes with you
Accelerated Program: Complete in 18 months
Affordable Tuition: Highly competitive
Applicable Coursework: Relevant tools you can use tomorrow
Professional Advantage: Knowledge and skills that win in the workplace
The accelerated format features five-week-long classes offered one at a time, back-
to-back. Students should expect to spend a minimum of 12-16 hours per week on
coursework. Students move sequentially from class to class as part of a learning cohort;
the weekly discussion boards provide opportunities for relational interaction with other
cohort members and professors. Utilization of concept-based learning helps students
tie new material to previous life experience.

“The Degree Completion Program has been the best way for me to engage my college studies. With five weeks to focus on each subject, I increased my focus and capacity to learn. The online format and professor accessibility also helped me to complete my work in the midst of a busy travel schedule. I highly recommend this program for any busy leader!”

DCP TESTIMONIALS
“Your cohort becomes your family. They are the ones that cheer you on and challenge your assertions. The confidence I have gained and the true authenticity I now possess within life and ministry has been worth every late night study session, every ‘dig deeper’ challenge, and the financial investment.”
