• Por tanto sus titulados podrán trabajar en: • empresas de investigación o gestión ambiental. • Docencia (diseñando y ejecutando programas de educación y comunica-

ción ambiental). • administraciones públicas (pudiendo acceder al cuerpo de ingenieros téc-nicos Forestales). • tecnología ambiental industrial. • evaluar y corregir el impacto ambiental, así como aplicar las técnicas de

auditoría y gestión ambiental. • Gestión del medio natural y poblaciones de fauna forestal (de carácter

cinegético, etc). • elaborar y dirigir proyectos de ingeniería en el ámbito forestal. • informes técnicos, memorias de reconocimiento, valoraciones, peritajes y

tasaciones forestales. • medir, inventariar y evaluar los recursos forestales, aplicar y desarrollar

las técnicas selvícolas y de manejo de todo tipo de sistemas forestales, parques y áreas recreativas, así como las técnicas de aprovechamiento de productos forestales maderables y no maderables.

Consideraciones InicialesEl plan de estudios conducente a la obtención de la doble titulación, se realiza atendiendo al artículo 12.2 del real Decreto 1393/2007, a las directrices de la Universidad de León sobre la estructuración de todos los itinerarios condu-centes a doble titulación y la normativa sobre dobles titulaciones y simulta-neidad de enseñanzas oficiales de grado y máster en la Universidad de León. este plan de estudios se desarrolla en 335 créditos cuando se elige el itinerario 1 y 336 cuando se elige el itinerario 2.

and other purposes). • Drawing up and directing engineering projects in a forest context. • Producing technical reports, surveys, assessments, expert reports and va-

developing commercial forestry techniques and managing all types of woodland and park systems and recreational areas, as well as exploiting timber and other forestry products.

Introductory backgroundThe syllabus leads to the award of two degrees and is in accordance with Article12.2 of spanish royal Decree 1393/2007, university of Leon guidelines on the structure of all programmes leading to twinned qualifications, and regulations on twin degrees and on the simultaneous teaching of courses for primary de- grees and taught masterís degrees at that University. The syllabus involves the com-pletion of 335 credits when the route chosen is the first one, and 336 when the selected route is the second one.
