  • Our industry provides jobs to millions of people and serves as an indicator of the economic potential of the Russian Federation. This results in unabated attention of the countrys leadership to the growth of construction rates up to the level of one square meter per every Russian citizen per annum. Successful solution of this problem requires a powerful and modern construction industry consolidating manufacturers of building materials and enterprises providing them with modern technological equipment.

    STROITECH and its main enterprise company Mechanical Plant No. 345 maintain leading positions in the national construction industry in the sphere of industrial house-building and concrete products and structures manufacturing. Modernization of the construction industry enterprises is the main function of STROITECH company which is being carried out based on complete information and the up-to-date technologies. We have been studying the advanced experience and know-how of developed countries and introducing the best practices into our developments. This allows us to purposefully update the manufacturing technology in the national construction industry and, primarily, at the plants producing concrete and reinforced concrete structures and house-building factories.

  • UNIVERSAL TECHNOLOGY FOR HOUSE BUILDING (UniTechHB)

    STROITECH Science and Production company in association with KARKASNIYE TEHNOLOGII Institute for Engineering and Design and SINARA INT Export and Logistics company present the Universal Technology for House Building (UniTechHB) and its industrial implementation by the House Building Plants XXI Century (HBP-XXI).

    Developed in 2001, UniTechHB has been continuously enhanced up to date. Today it is the most advanced technology for frame building in the world.

    Primary goal for the technology was to enable short-term and high quality residential development on expansive territories, provided the houses built should match all contemporary living conditions.

    The cooperation between machine manufacturer and building designer resulted in a perfect equipment for producing various reinforced concrete structures used in house building. Up to 90% of all items required to construct a building are produced at a plant thus ENSURING QUALITY AND EXTENDED LIFE SPAN.

    We strongly believe that if implemented in Syria now, UniTechHB would become a paramount foothold for the entire country currently facing hard times. It would essentially help revitalize the house-building industry, as well as construct modern and convenient residential premises for the citizens.

    Technological lines flexibility allows to produce all range of reinforced concrete structures without equipment revamping. The only thing you need is to change the molding equipment that takes only 20 minutes.

    Use of prestressed concrete construction results in 40% economy in comparison with cast-in-place house building system.

    High quality of products and framework simplicity increase erection speed.

    Low volume of in-situ concrete works helps to keep high erection speed all year round.

    Due to economy on materials, constructions and labor and construction period reduction, UniTechHB is much more effective than traditional cast-in-place house building.

    Based on the results of the inspection by STROITECH and SINARA INT in early July, 2015, the following documents were elaborated:

    Draft Equipment Layout for HBP-XXI-170. Capacity: 170,000m2/225,000 m3 of reinforced concrete structures per year.

    Typical Scope of Equipment for HBP-XXI-100 (capacity: 100,000m2) adjusted to the customers requirements.

    Compared to European analogs, Russian house-building plant is:

  • The ideas of what a house-building plant should be like in the modern house-building industry are changing. This is stipulated by the benefits of the framed hybrid precast/cast-in-place house-building and large-scale introduction of the technology of continuous off-shutter vibroforming of concrete products on a long stand.

    A line of continuous off-shutter reinforced concrete vibroforming usually utilized to produce 7090% of the elements of the building framework serves as a basis for the house-building plant of the XXI century. Notably, the work for the expansion of the product range never stops.

    Off-shutter vibroforming line is supplemented by computerized concrete-mixing equipment, stands for columns and staircases manufacturing, equipment for production of small-piece wall products and equipment for production of exterior wall panels, shear walls, elevator shaft panels and dividing walls.

    Such elements serve as the basis for various framed house-building systems, the Universal Technology for House Building (UniTechHB) is considered as the best one.
