The UVE modelling copings are used to prepare the abutments for the fabrication of the framework.

In accordance with the oral situa-tion, gingiva formers and two ball-head attachments are screwed in the master model and a base plate is prepared on top of them. visio.lign veneers are used for the set-up.

The set-up is securely fixed in situ with the two retentive anchors. visio.lign veneers provide the patient with a view of the esthetic appearance of the completed restoration.

A key is prepared over the set-up which serves as a tool for selec-ting the abutments and for mo-delling the framework.

Parallel alignment is checked. Then the UVE titanium copings are screwed on.

The silicone key with the veneers indicates the space available prior to the control of the wax-up of the framework.

The model can be quickly fabricated thanks to the UVE auxiliary modelling components and wax patterns. A stable model - especially for copy milling - can be produced with com-poForm UV.

The framework is fitted on the UVE copings. One coping is already bon-ded to the model. This fixed point facilitates luting in situ. Tip: conditioning with Silano Pen prior to luting.

Residual material is removed from the bonding points and combo.lign opaque is used to preapre the CoCr metal framework for venee-ring.

The visio.lign veneers are fixed in the transparent key and the distance to the framework is checked.

The visio.lign veneers are bonded to the bridge framework using dual-curing combo.lign composite. crea.lign is used for finishing. A predictable, reproducible result is obtained.

UVE allows to put rewarding treatment concepts into practice which help to acquire new customers as it could be accomplished in the case of a NPM frame-work described below: • Predictable result – already during the try-in the patient gets an idea of his definitive restoration• Bonded in situ whilst avoiding any stress – hence long-term success is ensured• Partially removable – hence the restoration can be easily reworked and cleaned• Suitable for all materials - also for zirconium

Dental practices and dental laboratories are enabled to offer high-quality implant restorations to more patients without making any compromises as far as the quality and esthetic appearance of the restoration is concerned. Patients can be offered an attractive alternative with such high-quality and yet favorably priced implant restorations - even in comparison to treatment in foreign countries.
