LocationUnited Golf Resort - La Tercia is located just 15 minutes away from the Costa Calida, which means“warm coast” in Spanish and it's no wonder as this area enjoys 320 days of sunshine every year.This stretch of Murcian coastline is blessed with glorious sandy beaches, crystal clear seawaterand fantastic cliffs, capes and coves (2 amazing coastal locations pictured below). It also boastsitself as the home to the Mar Menor, Europe’s largest salt water lagoon. Beaches of both the MarMenor and the Mediterranean Sea can be enjoyed here. The Mar Menor is calm, gentle and warm (inthe summer it can reach temperatures of up to 30 degrees) but if you get too warm there, the beautifulwhite beaches of the Mediterranean with its cooling breezes are the perfect remedy.
