Northeast State Community College is one of 46 institutions in the Tennessee Board of Regents system, the sixth largest system of higher education in the nation. The Tennessee Board of Regents is the governing board for this system, which is comprised of six universities, 13 community colleges, and 27 area technology centers. The TBR system enrolls more than 80 percent of all Tennessee students attending public institutions of higher education. OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

The purpose of the office of the President is to provide leadership for the College in general and for each major unit and sub-unit of the College. In assuming responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of the College, the office of the President addresses all directives of the Board and the Chancellor. Consistent with policies of the Tennessee Board of Regents, the office exercises authority relative to all personnel matters and provides leadership to the faculty, staff, and students in the establishment of a shared vision, mission, and values reflecting the College community’s aspirations, values, and principles. The office, through the College’s comprehensive strategic planning and continuous improvement process, provides leadership in establishing and addressing institutional priorities and in assessing institutional effectiveness. In addition to serving as a resource for internal constituencies, the office of the President also represents the College at community/civic functions and serves as a liaison with various business and industry, governmental, and community organizations.

OFFICE OF ACADEMIC AFFAIRS

The purpose of the office of Academic Affairs is to coordinate all educational programming offered by the college and to provide leadership for the faculty. Reporting directly to the president, the vice president for Academic Affairs is responsible for all aspects of credit learning experiences, distance and alternative delivery programs, and academic support services provided by the Library, The Center for Teaching Excellence, and The Learning Center.

DIVISION OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES The purpose of the division of Advanced Technologies is to provide academic programs

designed for students who desire to enter occupational career fields in business, industry, or government immediately after graduation. The division provides instruction in Electrical Technology with concentrations in Electrical and Electromechanical; General Technology; and Industrial Technology with concentrations in Automotive Service, Auto Body, Engineering Design Technology, Machine Tool, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Mechanical, Motor Sports, and Welding/Metal Fabrication.

Electrical Technology The Electrical Technology Department offers an associate of applied science degree in Electrical Technology with concentrations in Electrical and Electromechanical.

General Technology The General Technology Department offers an associate of applied science degree in General Technology.

Industrial Technology The Industrial Technology Department offers associate of applied science degrees in Industrial Technology with concentrations in Automotive Service, Auto Body, Engineering Design Technology, Machine Tool, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Mechanical, Motor Sports, and Welding/Metal Fabrication.

DIVISION OF BEHAVIORAL AND SOCIAL SCIENCES

The purpose of the division of Behavioral and Social Sciences is to provide instruction in criminal justice and criminology, early childhood education, physical education, psychology, social sciences, sociology, speech communications, and teacher education. Courses offered by the division are designed to fulfill the general education course requirements in technical education programs and to prepare students in the university parallel program to transfer to four-year colleges and universities.

Criminal Justice

The Criminal Justice Department provides courses of instruction that develop in students a critical understanding of crime, law, law enforcement, courts, corrections, and their respective functions and influence on individuals and society. The Criminal Justice Department offers criminal justice coursework leading to an associate of science degree in Criminal Justice designed for transfer to a criminal justice program at a four-year college or university. The department also offers an associate of applied science degree in Public Safety and Justice Administration with three concentrations in Crime Mapping and Analysis, Forensic Science, and Public Safety and Police Science designed to train students for entering the workforce in public safety and criminal justice.

Early Childhood Education

The Early Childhood Education Department provides quality instruction which empowers students to become reflective early childhood professionals and lifelong learners. The Early Childhood Department advocates for best practices and strives for excellence by preparing students to make a positive difference for children and families in our diverse communities. The Early Childhood Education Department offers coursework which enables students to become quality child care givers and educators by completing either a certificate or an associate of applied science degree program in early childhood education.

Physical Education

The Physical Education Department provides instruction in the basic techniques, principles, and benefits of personal fitness.

Psychology The Psychology Department provides instruction that facilitates students’ development of critical thinking skills and encourages the examination of psychological topics to discover, describe, explain, and predict human behavior in the contemporary world. The Psychology Department offers coursework that enables students to transfer to a psychology program at a four-year college or university.

Social Sciences

The Social Sciences Department provides instruction, which enables students to develop a foundation for critical thinking about human experiences, relationships, economics, governments, places, groups, and societies. The Social Sciences Department offers coursework that facilitates students’ completion of the general education core and that allows majors to transfer to a social science program at a four-year college or university.

Sociology The Sociology Department provides instruction which enables students to think critically about the influence of society on their lives as well as the lives of others. The Sociology Department offers coursework that facilitates students’ completion of the general education core and that allows majors to transfer to a sociology program at a four-year college or university.

Speech/Communications

The Speech Communications Department provides instruction, which enables students to be effective communicators in public, interpersonal, and professional settings and to transfer to a mass communications program at a four-year college or university.

Teacher Education

The Teacher Education Department provides instruction that facilitates students in developing their critical thinking skills and understanding the role of teachers as leaders for the 21st century. The department offers teacher education coursework that enables students to transfer to an education program at a four-year college or university.

DIVISION OF BUSINESS TECHNOLOGIES

The purpose of the division of Business Technologies is to provide academic programs designed for students who desire to enter occupational career fields in business, industry, or government immediately after graduation or transfer into a Computer Science or Information Technology program at a four-year college or university. The division provides instruction in Business Management Technology with concentrations in Accounting, Management, and Small Business Management; Computer and Information Sciences Technology with concentrations in Computer Programming, Information Assurance, Internet and Web Development, Networking Systems, and Personal Computer Management; and Office Administration Technology with concentrations in General Office, Legal Office, and Medical Office. The division also facilitates specialized training for the private and public sector through Workforce Solutions.

Business Management Technology

The Business Management Technology Department offers an associate of applied science degree in Business Management with concentrations in Accounting, Management, and Small Business Management.

Computer and Information Sciences Technology

The Computer and Information Sciences Department offers an associate of applied science degree in Computer and Information Science with concentrations in Computer Programming, Information Assurance, Internet and Web Development, Networking Systems, and Personal Computer Management.

Office Administration Technology

The Office Administration Technology Department offers an associate of applied science degree in Office Administration with concentrations in General Office, Legal Office, and Medical Office.

DIVISION OF EVENING AND DISTANCE EDUCATION

The purpose of the division of Evening and Distance Education is to provide, through traditional and alternative delivery systems, academic credit classes on the main campus and at selected off-campus sites in support of the College’s mission to increase access to higher education for the citizens of the region.

Academic Support Services

The purpose of Academic Support Services is to provide leadership in the development and coordination of academic and student services relevant to students, faculty, and staff at off-campus teaching sites, Weekend College, Evening School, and Distance Education programs.

Distance Learning The purpose of Distance Education Programs is to facilitate postsecondary access and success through the offering of alternative delivery course options including Internet, Interactive Television (ITV), Hybrid, Accelerated Studies, Telecourses and appropriate academic support services and resources.

Evening Services The purpose of the office of Evening Services is to facilitate the offering of educational programs and services to evening students and to provide support services to adjunct faculty on the main campus.

High School Transitions Program The purpose of the High School Transitions Program is to strengthen the linkages between area high schools and Northeast State relative to programs of study, articulation, dual and joint enrollment, dual credit, and the administration of Perkins IV grant programs and services.

College Access Program The purpose of College Access Programs is to provide coordinated college support services and resources that facilitate the transition between high school and post secondary education resulting in increased college enrollment, retention and completion.

Dual Enrollment The purpose of Dual Enrollment Programs is to provide qualified high school and home school students the opportunity to earn transferable college credit, satisfy specific courses required for high school graduation, and support the college’s mission of providing access to higher education programs and services.

STEM and Early College

The purpose of the STEM and Early College programs is to create partnerships between local high schools/LEAs and Northeast State that create innovative high school programs focused on increased higher education student enrollment, retention and graduation.

Off-Campus Programs The purpose of Northeast State’s off-campus programs is to expand access to the College’s programs and services for the residents within the College’s five-county service area.

Northeast State at Bristol The purpose of Northeast State at Bristol is to expand access to the College’s educational programs and services for the residents of Carter, Johnson, and Sullivan Counties.

Northeast State at Elizabethton The purpose of Northeast State at Elizabethton is to expand access to the College’s educational programs and services for the residents of Carter, Johnson, and Unicoi Counties.

Northeast State at Gray

The purpose of Northeast State at Gray is to expand access to the College’s educational programs and services offered to the citizens of Washington County and the surrounding area.

Northeast State at Johnson City

The purpose of Northeast State at Johnson City is to expand access to the College’s educational programs and services for the residents of Carter, Washington, and Unicoi Counties.

Northeast State at Kingsport The purpose of Northeast State at Kingsport is to expand access to the College’s educational programs and services for the residents of Kingsport, Sullivan, and surrounding counties while providing accessibility to higher education through the Kingsport Center for Higher Education Partnership colleges/universities.

DIVISION OF HEALTH-RELATED PROFESSIONS

The purpose of the division of Health-Related Professions is to provide instruction in Cardiovascular Technology, Dental Assisting, Emergency Medical Technology, (EMT-Basic and EMT-Paramedic), Medical Laboratory Technology, and Surgical Technology, which prepares students to function in the role of specialized health care providers. Successful completion of these academic programs enables the student to take licensure or certification examinations required in these healthcare career fields.

Cardiovascular Technology

The Cardiovascular Technology Department prepares individuals to take the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) examinations for Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) and serve as competent entry level Cardiovascular Technologists in the healthcare career field.

Dental Assisting The Dental Assisting Department prepares individuals to take the National Dental Assistant Examination (CDA). Successful completion of this exam allows the student to use the credentials of CDA with their name. Upon registering with the State, an individual can serve the dental community as a Registered Dental Assistant.

Emergency Medical Technology-Paramedic

The Emergency Medical Technology-Paramedic Department prepares individuals to take the State of Tennessee EMT-Basic and/or EMT-Paramedic licensure

examination and serve as paramedics in organizations providing pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency medical care.

Medical Laboratory Technology

The Medical Laboratory Technology Department prepares individuals to take a National Board Exam. The American Society of Clinical Pathology National Registry offers the exam. After successful completion of a national exam, The Tennessee Department of Health, through the Tennessee Medical Laboratory Licensing Board, will grant, upon application, a license to practice Laboratory Medicine as a clinical laboratory technician in the State of Tennessee.

Surgical Technology

The Surgical Technology Department prepares individuals to take the Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) examination and serve as surgical technologists in the healthcare field.

DIVISION OF HUMANITIES

The purpose of the division of Humanities is to provide instruction in English, foreign languages, history, humanities, theatre, and developmental writing. Courses offered by the division are designed to fulfill the general education course requirements in technical educational programs and to prepare students in the university parallel program to transfer to four-year colleges and universities.

English

The English Department provides developmental and collegiate-level instruction, which enables students to write effectively, think critically, and become aware of literary tradition through the analysis and the evaluation of literature.

Foreign Language

The Foreign Language Department provides instruction, which enables students to develop written and oral skills in a specific foreign language and to emphasize how language and the appreciation of a culture are interrelated.

History

The History Department provides instruction, which enables students to develop a foundation in United States and world history and an understanding of special events of historical significance.

Humanities

The Humanities Department provides instruction, which enables students to understand and appreciate the relationships of ideas that pertain to culture, art, music, and the nature of philosophical systems.

Theatre

The Theatre Department provides training in the art of acting and play production, including stagecraft.

DIVISION OF MATHEMATICS

The purpose of the division of Mathematics is to provide instruction in mathematics and pre-engineering. Courses offered by the division are designed to fulfill general education and other course requirements of students in technical programs and to prepare students in the university parallel program for transfer to four-year colleges and universities.

Mathematics

The Mathematics Department provides instruction in mathematics courses necessary for students to analyze, discuss, and use quantitative information and demonstrate a level of mathematical problem-solving skills appropriate to the student’s educational goal. Course offerings include learning support courses if needed to prepare students for college-level work.

Pre-Engineering

The Pre-Engineering Department provides instruction in basic engineering courses and assists students in pre-engineering and industrial technology.

The Learning Center The Learning Center provides one-on-one tutoring and on-line tutorial resources for students enrolled in Northeast State classes. The Learning Center also provides pre-placement resources for prospective students.

DIVISION OF NURSING

The purpose/mission of the division of Nursing is to provide instruction in nursing and promote the health of the community as evidenced by a commitment to accessible high-quality nursing education, learning, and service.

DIVISION OF SCIENCE

The purpose of the division of Science is to provide instruction in astronomy, biology, chemistry, physics, physical science, and health-related pre-professional programs. Courses offered by the division are designed to fulfill the general education course requirements in technical and health-related programs and to prepare students in the university parallel program for transfer to four-year colleges and universities.

Astronomy/Physics

The Astronomy/Physics Department provides instruction and practical applications in problem solving and understanding the physical world.

Biology/Health-Related Pre-Professional

The Biology/Health-Related Pre-Professional Department provides instruction enabling students to understand life processes and how living organisms interact with the world around them.

Chemistry

The Chemistry Department provides a foundation in chemistry, which is required for advanced study in many math/science disciplines.

HONORS PROGRAM

The purpose of the Honors Program is to provide qualified students with the opportunity to complete education requirements in a classroom environment that offers greater intellectual challenge and a richer classroom experience. The course of study for the Honors Program prepares students for entering similar honors programs at other colleges or universities.

LEARNING SUPPORT The purpose of the office of Learning Support is to coordinate activities related to placement into and instruction in learning support classes, to monitor student success, and to assure fulfillment of state requirements/guidelines and reporting.

LIBRARY

The purpose of the Library is to promote information literacy while providing a wide variety of print and non-print materials, other learning resources, and ancillary services in support of the mission of the College.

The Center for Teaching Excellence The Center for Teaching Excellence provides oversight for the administration of the instructional best practices of STEP (Strategies for Teaching Excellence Program), Northeast State’s Quality Enhancement Plan.

OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES The purpose of the office of Administrative Services is to plan, direct, and coordinate the supporting services of the College. These services include grant development; human resources and organizational effectiveness; information technology; planning, assessment, and research; plant and maintenance operations; safety; police; printing; and the theatre.

GRANT DEVELOPMENT

The purpose of the office of Grant Development is to advance the mission and goals of Northeast State by providing institutional leadership and support for cultivation of external

funding opportunities, proposal development processes, and grants management technical assistance.

HUMAN RESOURCES AND ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS

The purpose of the office of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness is to manage employee services and to oversee the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The purpose of the office of Information Technology is to coordinate planning and provide oversight for the implementation of new technological applications and the maintenance of all voice, video, and data applications including both administrative and academic computing; provide leadership to the departments of Computer Services and Computer User Support Services; and provide leadership to the Technology Access Fee and Technology Planning and Oversight Committees in the development of the institution’s Comprehensive Technology Plan.

ACADEMIC COMPUTING

The purpose of the office of Academic Computing is to direct the development of Internet courses and provide information, direction, assistance, and training to faculty and staff in areas relating to innovations in computing, including but not limited to Internet, web-based, and technology enhanced instruction, and to serve as a resource for students, faculty, and staff in the discovery and assessment of new technologies.

COMPUTER SERVICES

The purpose of the Computer Services Department is to provide technical services and training that are accessible and relevant to the needs of the campus community and to maintain a secure environment which ensures the confidentiality and integrity of information resources.

COMPUTER USER SUPPORT SERVICES

The Computer User Support Services department provides end user support for administrative and academic computer-based technologies deployed throughout the institution.

Media Services

The Media Services department provides technical support for academic and administrative use of media resources throughout the institution.

INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS The purpose of the office of Institutional Effectiveness is to coordinate and evaluate institutional planning and assessment processes and to conduct institutional research in support of the College’s continuous improvement efforts.

PLANT OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY The purpose of Plant Operations, Maintenance and Safety is to provide a physical environment that promotes effective educational and cultural programs for staff, faculty, students, and the community. The office provides a responsive workforce and resources to maintain existing facilities, support campus events, and plan for future needs.

POLICE The purpose of the office of Police is to provide a safe and secure environment for the faculty, staff, students, and guests of the College.

PRINTING AND PUBLICATIONS The purpose of the office of Printing and Publications is to provide quality printing services in support of the College’s administrative functions, instructional programs, and recruiting and public relations activities.

THEATRE

The purpose of the Theatre is to support community and public service initiatives by offering a wide variety of quality cultural events, conferences, and meetings to internal and external constituents.

OFFICE OF COMMUNICATIONS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, AND

EQUITY AND COMPLIANCE The purpose of the office of Communications, Policies and Procedures, and Equity and Compliance is to manage personnel related issues in affirmative action, equity and compliance with TBR, local, and federal guidelines. The office will also manage review of the hiring process, policies and procedures, standing committees, and salary/compensation studies for full time and part time employees.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS

The purpose of the office of Community Relations is to manage, plan, and produce all information/communications for release externally to the public through print, digital, and broadcast media, to manage relationships with representatives of the media, and to manage, produce and distribute promotional materials to internal audiences.

MARKETING

The purpose of the office of Marketing is to manage, plan, and produce marketing for promotion of the College as a whole, and individual programs and services, including promotional materials, special print, and audio/visual media for dissemination to external audiences.

OFFICE OF ECONOMIC AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT The purpose of the office of Economic and Workforce Development is to expand educational access and student completion by promoting and growing the Kingsport Teaching Site; to grow workforce solutions throughout the region; to facilitate economic development partnerships with industry, community, educational, and government entities; and to establish active communication and advocacy with state and local government.

REGIONAL CENTER FOR ADVANCED MANUFACTURING The purpose of the Regional Center for Advanced Manufacturing (RCAM) is to promote the advanced manufacturing outreach arm of Northeast State Community College. The focus of RCAM is Building the 21st Century Workforce through supporting existing regional manufacturers, developing a pipeline of skilled workers, and facilitating economic development.

WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS The purpose of Workforce Solutions is to provide training as well as workforce and professional development educational programs and services for the employees in the region.

Business Workforce Solutions The purpose of Business Workforce Solutions is to provide workforce and professional development educational programs and services for the employees of businesses, industries, and governmental agencies in the region.

Regional Center for Advanced Manufacturing (RCAM) Workforce Solutions

The purpose of RCAM Workforce Solutions is to provide education and training solutions for regional manufacturers.

OFFICE OF FINANCE

The purpose of the office of Finance is to formulate policies, develop operating procedures, establish reporting methods, and coordinate day-to-day operations for the functions of accounting/business operations, purchasing, budgeting, and contractual services.

ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS

The purpose of the office of Accounting and Business Operations is to ensure that all funds, property, and other assets are safeguarded against waste, loss, unauthorized use, or misappropriation. The office ensures that accounting records are maintained to support management’s needs and provides financial statements that accurately reflect the financial position of the College and the results of its operations. The office ensures employees receive accurate and timely compensation for services rendered and administers employee benefits. The office oversees preparation of disbursement vouchers for the College in agreement with the approved budget and manages grant budget proposals and administration. The office provides financial statements that accurately reflect the financial position of the Tennessee Technology Center at Elizabethton.

Purchasing The purpose of the office of Purchasing is to coordinate the procurement of products and services required for the efficient operation of the College.

BUDGETING The purpose of the office of Budgeting is to develop and maintain a process that supports the budgeting objectives of the College and its individual departments. The office coordinates with all offices in the development, publication, and maintenance of the adopted budget. The office provides oversight in the day-to-day operations of the Accounting and Business Operations, oversight of the financial statement preparation for the Northeast State Community College Foundation and other reporting as required by external agencies.

CONTRACTUAL SERVICES

The Purpose of Contractual Services is to provide food services and bookstore operations to the college community. Each of these contractual services provides the college with commission revenue and appropriate reporting the office of Finance.

OFFICE OF THE FOUNDATION

The purpose of the office of the foundation is to support the college programs and services, employees, and students through foundation fundraising activities; promote the development and effectiveness of the college by promoting fundraising initiatives, to include annual campaigns, scholarship drives, and capital campaigns. the college provides services for management of the foundation board of directors through an annual agreement.

ALUMNI AFFAIRS The office of Alumni Affairs creates opportunities to reconnect and maintains established relationships with alumni, develops innovative strategies to provide additional value and benefit to the Northeast State alumni experience, and encourages our alumni’s continued association with and support of Northeast State Community College.

OFFICE OF INTERNAL AUDITING The purpose of the office of Internal Auditing is to provide a comprehensive program of internal auditing designed to enhance the College’s efficiency and effectiveness in instructional and administrative systems.

OFFICE OF STUDENT AFFAIRS

The purpose of the office of Student Affairs is to support the academic program and enhance the personal, social, and emotional development of students by managing recruitment and enrollment activities; financial aid, providing academic and career counseling; coordinating institutional student assessment activities; and providing student development and leadership programs.

ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT

The purpose of the office of Enrollment Management is to implement and manage timely, appropriate, and quality services to facilitate and support the recruitment, enrollment, retention, and graduation of a diverse student population. These services include admissions and records, enrollment services and campus information, financial aid, and veteran’s affairs.

Admissions and Records

The office of Admissions and Records coordinates the processes and activities relative to student admission, enrollment, academic records, and graduation.

Enrollment Services and Campus Information The office of Enrollment Services and Campus Information is responsible for recruiting prospective middle school, high school, and area business individuals to the College and conducting new student orientations, campus visits, and tours. The Campus Information Center provides information on a variety of topics including admission to the College, registration, and services available to students.

Financial Aid The purpose of the office of Financial Aid is to administer state, federal, and institutional finance assistance programs to facilitate student success to postsecondary education

RCAT/Kingsport Student Services The purpose of the office of RCAT/Kingsport Student Services is to coordinate and/or provide a variety of support services at the teaching site that a) enhance the students’ overall satisfaction with the College and b) promotes retention and persistence to graduation. These services include enrollment services, financial aid, advising, disability services, testing services, career services, health services, scholarship programs, and student life programs.

Veterans Affairs The office of Veterans Affairs provides assistance to students eligible for educational benefits under the chapters of the G.I. Bill, Title 38, and United States Code.

STUDENT DEVELOPMENT

The purpose of the office of Student Development is to facilitate student engagement with the College’s programs and services and to provide administrative oversight in the areas of counseling and testing services, health services, institutional honors, scholarship programs, and student life.

Counseling and Testing Services The purpose of the office of Counseling and Testing Services is to provide short-term counseling, referral, and resources for college students and to coordinate the administration of college testing. The office also provides GED® testing services to citizens in the College’s five county service area.

Health Services The purpose of the office of Health Services is to provide clinical and informational resources to the academic community on all matters related to health promotion, wellness, and primary prevention that encourage lifelong physical and emotional well-being.

Scholarship Programs The purpose of the office of Scholarship Programs is to create, promote, and administer scholarship opportunities for students while offering a range of services to enhance the scholar’s collegiate experience.

Student Life The purpose of the office of Student Life is to implement co-curricular campus activities and leadership programs that engage students with the College and community.

Campus Activities

The purpose of the office of Campus Activities is to complement curricular programs by developing social, cultural, recreational, and intramural activities that enhance the student’s collegiate experience.

Leadership Programs The purpose of the office of Leadership Programs is to facilitate leadership training and development opportunities that impact campus and community populations, support student organizations and related activities, and promote student advocacy and success.

STUDENT SERVICES

The purpose of the office of Student Services is to implement and manage a variety of support services that enhance the overall satisfaction of students with Northeast State Community College as well as increase their persistence to graduation. These services include academic advising, career counseling, transfer advising, student support services, services for students with disabilities, and career services.

Career Services The office of Career Services provides assistance to enrolled students in the selection of a college major and the development of job search skills for both enrolled students and alumni. Career Services also serves as a liaison between the college and employers throughout the region.

Center for Students with Disabilities The Center for Students with Disabilities provides on-going assistance to faculty, staff, and students regarding the institution’s obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Students who are registered with the Center are eligible to receive services and accommodations. The Center also serves as a liaison between the Tennessee Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and Northeast State.

Student Success Center The Student Success Center provides academic advising, career advising, and transfer advising services to students, coordinates academic advising for the new student orientation program, and manages a variety of outreach programs to promote student success.

Student Support Services (TRiO) The office of Student Support Services provides educational support activities and transfer assistance for program participants.
