Query Properties: General

 A key date, which can be

required by time-dependent characteristics,attributes, and hierarchiesand their nodes for thereport display, can befixed or defined with a

variable request atruntime. 

 You can change thesequence of entryvariables.

In addition to the technical name of the querydefinition and the InfoProvider that it is basedon, this tab page gives information about theowner and the person who last changed thequery.

Query Properties: Display

Display Options:

• Adjust Formatting after Refreshing  

Ensures that the format isautomatically adapted to theupdated query data when thequery is refreshed.

•Hide Repeated Key Values  

Only the first key or description isdisplayed for each characteristicand any additional identical keysor descriptions are suppressed.

Display Scaling Factors for Key Figures  Enables you to include any scalingfactors defined in the row orcolumn header (e.g., *100 EUR).

•Display document links  Displays document links for InfoProvider data, masterdata, and metadata.

•Display Drag and Relate Links  Enables you to execute transactions from an SAP R/3system or an external system from within the EnterprisePortal.

Number Format:

•Results Position  

Defines the positionin which the resultsarea is displayed:Bottom/Right, Top/Left, Bottom/Left, or Top/Right .

•Display of +/- Signs  

Determines hownegative values aredisplayed: -<number>,<number>-, or(<number>).

•Display orSuppression

Deleting Query Objects

Note

In order to delete a query object, there must be at least one

query, structure, restricted key figure, or calculated keyfigure. 

Use the Delete button to

remove the querydefinition from QueryDesigner.
