DeadlinesDeadlines

Most staff are set up with 3 to 5 deadlines in a school year. Schedule set up by the publisher, adviser and publisher’s

representative. Customer number assigned: 3044 Production begins on the pages as they are received at the

plant. When an entire signature is received, they are printed,

folded and stored until the book is compete. It is helpful to send complete signatures in each deadline

shipment. Missing a publisher’s deadline is crucial. Missing even by

one day can mean a late delivery by several days. (first come, first serve.) When involving color, cost of color production could increase.
