• The present simple tense is used for things that are generally true or habbits.

Present simple: sentences in positive “+”
Subject +infinitive . Examples:
I play cards.You work at home..They read a newspaper.We speak Spanish..You cook very well.
The spelling rules for he/she/it forms are the same as for plurals. Examples:
He studies at university. She works at home.It moves slowly.

Example: Becky`s friend - `s = of Becky
The possessive ´s is used to express possession or the relation ship among relatives. It is used only for people o animals. Never use that for things. • Used “`s” with a person to talk about relatives and possessions. Examples:
She is Peter´s wife. It´s Fina´s bag. Your sister´s boyfriend is an actor.
• Used “`s” with irregular plural people: men, women, children, people. Examples:
The men´s toilet is over there. He´s my children´s father. The people´s music is this one.
• Used “s`” with regular plural people. Example:
My parents` house is in Roldan. • Don`t use “´s “ with things. Example:
The roof of the house. NOT -The house`s roof..
