person or site and uses it without you knowing. It can send your information to other places and sites without your permission.

• It is dangerous because cookies can be sent from a website and it can track down what you’ve been on and slow your system down. Some spyware can even open your system and cause a lot of problems.

• To try and remove spyware you can get an antispyware scanner and removal tool. You can also reinstall Windows.

• Some ways you can prevent spyware is get a removal spyware program, in your settings set it at high security and update antivirus software a lot.

Computer Viruses• Computer viruses are small software that spread from

one computer to another and affect a computer. • The viruses can do all sorts of things like spread

through the computer, delete data, and can even erase everything from your hard disk.

• To get rid of a virus you can get a scanner to see if you first have one first of all. Then you can go on a site that gives you steps on how to remove a virus.

• To prevent viruses from happening you can get an antivirus software and update it regularly and be safe and pay attention to what sites you go on.

Phishing• Phishing is a scam. Someone might try to get on your

computer or send you emails that can link to your computer.

• Phishing can affect you by stealing your credit card number, passwords and other information which can help them get into your accounts.

• To get rid of phishing emails you can get a new email address, and don’t go on the websites. You can block them and filter the user.

• To prevent having your information stolen don’t open the email, just delete it right always.
