Ground Plan & Gardens 1:100
Ground floor 1:50
internal view entrance hall
from the moment one enters the house, it is possible to have a glimpse of almost every space in the house.
This visual communication makes the aparently complicated plan to be easily assimiliated from the moment you walk in.
connection in/out living the pathway presented once one enters the house extends itself from the entrance to the rear garden completely unobstructed, reinforcing the sense of direction and unity of these spaces. the sliding doors enhance the feeling of one continuous space, easily doubling the size of the living room, blending the limits of inside and outside areas.
Internal view living/dinning
The slight change of levels clearly differentiates the living room from the dinning and kitchen, but also contributes to the feeling of openness, making the living room still feel larger than it actually is.

The adjacent roof openning provides sun to the bedroom and the whole house.

front and rear façade 1:50
External view front façadeThe façades of the residence were designed with the intent of benefiting the interior spaces as much as possible, but they were also conceived to introduce the visitor to what is happening inside.
The large glazing provides afternoon sun to the indoor pool and ventilation, but also showcases the differentiation of ambients on the inside.
The panels marked with the cross were inspired by the concept of erasing the barriers; an unhindered space; but also mark the glass panels which are not openable.
external view rear façade
The rear façade is designed in the same manners as the front, where sunlight and privacy are the main factors of the layout.
the framework and The different types of vegetation in the rear garden provides privacy and shade to the extended living room.
