• Water - quantity, waste, sanitation & flooding

• Evaluate progress since Kiev in the full geographical area of EfE process

• Cover all environmental media (water and sanitation, biodiversity and health)

• Cover imp. economic sectors (eg. energy, transport, forestry, fishery)

• Expand the data on material flows (in view of sustainable production & consumption)

• Synthesis report linking results of Belgrade report with other reports
