� Initial Regulation: Inmetro Ordinance #164/1991;

� Ministry of Employment and Labor is the Regulatory Au thority. It delegates to Inmetro to establish a certication schem e.
�There is a technical commission, involving stakehold ers, to advise Inmetro in the establishment of certification schem e. Some of them are participating in this seventeenth meeting.
