Understanding Younique’s compensation plan

I know, I know….this means you need to pay attention

White Status Presenter

YAY! You joined Younique! When you first join you are officially a WHITE

STATUS PRESENTER and you are paid 20% on all your sales. These sales can be your own purchases or sales to customers.

You will be WHITE until you reach $1000 in LIFETIME Personal Retail Sales (both your own purchases and your customers)

What What?! YOU REACHED YELLOW!!!

This is the ugliest yellow slide I could find….sorry! I am power point illiterate

BUT what does this mean?! It means you have sold a TOTAL LIFETIME PRS (personal retail sales) of $1000 and you are now officially being paid 25% on every sale (yours or your customers from here until eternity)

HOWEVER….something different has changed!! You will now start over at YELLOW EVERY SINGLE MONTH!

WHAT THE WHAT?! Yes, you read that correctly….even BLACK LEVEL PRESENTERS return to ZERO SALES at the beginning of every month. (insert sad face)

Don’t worry….this is why RECRUITING IS SO IMPORTANT!

TO GET TO PINK

Achieving PINK STATUS IS A HUGE MILESTONE WITH YOUNIQUE! It means you have your own COMPANY now!

It means you officially have ONE QUALIFIED RECRUIT under you. Qualified meaning that presenter has sold at least $125 in a one month’s time frame, although it does not LIMIT you to one recruit ( you could have 10 but only 1 has to be qualified for the month)

You personally have to sell $250 worth of product in a given month (this can be your personal purchases and your customers) and all of your recruits combined (with one being qualified) have to sell $2000 in that particular months time. (WAS THAT CLEAR AS MUD?!)

What happens???? It means you will make 3% off your COMPANY sales at the end of the month (paid on the 5th of the following month) WOOHOO! Starting to make money off your downline! YAY!!!

GETTING TO BIG TIME BLUE

Now you are understanding why RECRUITING IS SO IMPORTANT!

To get to BLUE you have to personally sell $250 worth of product in a months time and you have to have TWO qualified recruits (at least selling $125 a piece) and your entire company sales (you and anyone in your downline) have to have a total of $4000 in monthly company sales

Guess what? NOW you have made 4% off your downline at month’s end…paid on the 5th of the following month

Oh yea…..GREEN ELITE STATUS

Pat yourself on the back! This is HUGE!! You are officially making it in this company! To hit Green, you must sell a total of $500 of PRS (monthly personal sales-purchases of

your own and your customers) and you must have 3 qualified presenters under you (at least selling $125 a piece) and you and your entire company (anyone in your downline) have to sell $10,000 in a one month’s period.

This sounds almost impossible, right?! It’s NOT AT ALL! You need to recruit people that truly see the vision with Younique. That want this as bad as you do. That want to advance. That are going to host party after party. That will seek out other people to host parties for them to introduce your product to a whole new market of people. That will seek out events. Etc.

They say if you hit FAST START and you encourage your RECRUITS to hit fast start….you have a greater chance of getting to green a lot easier and a lot sooner! SO GET THOSE RECRUITS.

At the end of the month, you will make 5% off your downline AND you are bumped up to 30% commission. So you have been paid on your personal sales at 25% all month long but if you hit green that month…..Younique pays you that extra 5% on your PRS for the month. Yes, I know….I love Younique too!

And as of right now your COMPANY SALES ARE THE SAME THING AS YOUR CIRCLE SALES FOR MOST OF YOU. HOWEVER….IF YOU HAPPEN TO HAVE ONE OF YOUR RECRUITS HIT GREEN THE SAME TIME YOU ARE GREEN, THEY WILL MOVE INTO YOUR FIRST GENERATION SALES. I will explain more on the next slide…..

STILL GREEN BUT NOW YOU HAVE A GREEN RECRUIT….ROT RO SHAGGY…WHAT NOW?! If you happen to hit Green and one of your rockstar recruits hits

green as well, your recruit and all of HER downline will move into your first generation sales….

NOW you will notice you have company sales and circle sales. This is where stuff gets confusing. You will have the same company sales total but you are paid differently. You will only get paid 3% off your first generation at month’s end and everyone else that remains in your downline (not in your recruits downline) will be considered your circle sales. (make sure your circle sales remain at least $2000) to be considered GREEN STILL.

In other words….don’t rely on ONE ROCKSTAR to get you to the top. You have to train your team to ALL BE ROCKSTARS!

Holy Schnikies….You just went ORANGE

It’s tricky to rock around to rock around to rock around….sorry Beastie Boys come to mind when you get to Orange because it’s a little more confusing. Try and hold tight and pay attention (how can you not….it’s bright orange and retinal burning)

To achieve Orange you have to sell $500 in PRS (your purchases and your customers-don’t forget to have friends host parties! This helps you reach that!) AND you have to have $20,000 in company sales with 3 qualified presenters (meaning they have to have at least $125 in PRS themselves)

BUT here is the kicker…..YOU MUST HAVE 1 ELITE STATUS PRESENTER….meaning 1 GREEN STATUS RECRUIT.

Now remember…..this recruit and her downline will move into your first generation sales. So your remaining downline (everyone else NOT in her downline) will become your CIRCLE SALES.

Your COMPANY SALES have to be $20K (that’s you and everyone in your downline) and your CIRCLE SALES have to be $4000 (that’s everyone minus your green elite recruit and her downline)

What happens? At month’s end you will be paid on the 5% extra on your PRS, you will be paid 3% on your first generation sales and 5% on your circle sales.

Now a lot of you are calculating this in your head and realizing you might make less money then when you were green and this is correct. EXPLAINING MORE NEXT SLIDE….DON’T FREAK OUT

Freaking still?….dont! I promise you Younique is not trying to punish you for working so hard. This

compensation plan is designed with the long term goal in mind. If your green recruit has a recruit that hits Green…..then your 1st generation

becomes JUST YOUR GREEN RECRUIT AND HER DOWNLINE THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN HER NEW GREEN RECRUITS DOWNLINE. ( I am patiently waiting for you to reread that 100x-trust me….read it outloud)

Now your recruit’s NEW GREEN RECRUIT AND HER DOWNLINE move into your second generation sales (pays more)

So if this scenerio above happened then at month’s end you would be paid your 5% extra for your PRS for that month, 5% on your circle sales, 3% on your first generation sales and 4% off your second generation sales. Starting to see the bigger picture??

The goal is to get all your recruits to green and their recruits to green etc etc etc. This is how you build up your teams

This is not an overnight process…..give it time and never ever give up!

The all exclusive PURPLE STATUS

You have now become an exclusive presenter with Younique. This is a BIG DEALIO!

Here is how to get to purple: You have to have $500 in PRS (purchases you make and your customers and hopefully friends hosting virtual parties for you), you must have 4 qualified recruits under you, your COMPANY SALES have to be at least $40,000 in one month AND you have to have 2 ELITE STATUS PRESENTERS (2 Greens or higher) and your CIRCLE SALES (this is everyone in your company minus your two elite presenters and their downlines) have to equal $6000.

Let me use my example from last month:

As you can see, my company sales were $85,552. (enough for Black BUT why wasn’t I black? I will explain)

My first generation sales were $53,519 because I had two 1st generation GREEN elites (tamara and bridget) So out of my $85,552-Tamara and Bridget’s teams made up $53,552 in those sales.

I had 1 second generation elite because one of Bridget’s recruits hit GREEN STATUS. So she moved out of Bridget’s CIRCLE Sales and became her 1st generation (but became my second generation)

Now I needed two more recruits to hit Black status BUT I would ALSO need to have $10,000 in circle sales to achieve that rank. So If you look back at my chart…..say I had one more Green hit….WOOHOO! BUT say her sales would have been 10K …..I would not even have made PURPLE rank because I would not have had the CIRCLE sales to pay me as a PURPLE rank. I would have been left with 15,804-10,000K(my new green recruits sales) = $5804 in circle sales.

This is why it’s important to constantly train your recruits to build up their teams. For you to advance, you must have well trained and dedicated team members to add to your circle sales because as your recruits hit their Green and Higher statuses….it takes away from your circle sales and you will need to continuously recruit and train new people to maintain those sales.

Sounds harder than it is……it isn’t! Share your love of this company….share your excitement….share your acheivements. People are watching and wondering why they haven’t spent the $99 to join this amazing company

So look at what I was paid:

It shows my PRS for the month was $1070 and I made 30% on that amount (25% was paid throughout the month and 5% at the end) Now it only shows I made the 25% -not sure why it does that…..but I promise I received a payquicker amount for the difference

My first generation sales were $53,519 and I was paid 3% on those sales = $1604

My second generation sales were $16229 and I was paid 4% on that = $649

And I was paid 6% on my CIRCLE sales which were $15,804 which equaled = $948. Yep your circle sales pay increases!!

BLACK

I couldn’t use a black background because I am too stupid to figure out how to change the letters to white. LOL!

If you follow along, you will see you have to sell $500 in PRS (your purchases and your customers/hostesses parties)

Your company sales have to be at least $80,000 and you have to have 4 qualified GREEN STATUS OR HIGHER ELITES and $10,000 in circle sales to obtain this rank.

Sometimes the difference in pay from Purple to Black is HUGE!!!! You make 5% off your third generation sales once you are Black. You could still be at purple rank with 4 green elites but not have the circle sales of 10K to be paid as a BLACK STATUS PRESENTER….and guess what??? You miss out on potentially thousands of dollars in pay if you have a ton of 3rd generations but not enough in your circle sales.

Lets use another example, shall we?????

EXAMPLE (NOT MINE…BUT I WISH!)

Say you have $100,000 in company sales and 4 qualified ELITE status or higher presenters: $1000 PRS 15,000 in 1st generation 25,000 in 2nd generation 45,000 in 3rd generation 15,000 circle sales

This is how you would be paid: $1000 x 30% = $300 $15,000 x 3% = $450 $25,000 x 4% = $1000 $45,000 x 5% = $2250 $15,000 x 6% circle = $900

Grand total of $4900

But if you are not BLACK then you do not get paid on your 3 rd generation sales. So it’s UBBER IMPORTANT to keep your CIRCLE SALES UP by RECRUITING NEW PRESENTERS!

I seriously hope I explained that correctly….if not someone

correct me! If you can see the bigger picture at hand….these numbers grow

and grow and grow as your recruits continue to recruit and their recruits continue to recruit. We are less than 2 years old. We are going to go global. WHY give up?!

YES IT CAN BE A FULL TIME JOB BUT IT WAS $99 to join this amazing opportunity so tell me again what your excuses are?! If what you are doing is not working…..then try something else!
