1.0 OBJECTIVE
To provide easier steps in acquiring competent personnel in conformance with the qualification standards on the basis of education, training, skills and experience

This covers all the processes in recruitment.
3.0 DEFINITION OF TERMS
CRFS – Corporate Resources and Financial Services HRAD – Human Resources and Administration Department HRMD – Human Resources Management Division IRM – Industrial Relations Management PSB – Personnel Selection Board QS – Qualification Standards
Is a statement of the minimum qualifications for a position, which shall include education, experience, training, civil service eligibility.

1. Vacant positions are published at
NEA website/CSC Bulletin of Vacant Position/s and at three (3) most conspicuous places at NEA.
2. Requirements:
Application Letter, PDS (CSC Form 2012), Authenticated CSE or RA 1080, Transcript of Records, Diploma, Certificate of Trainings/Seminars if any.
3. Applicants are required tosubmitrequirements to HRM Division within ten (10) days from date of publication.
