As Executive Director, I was the leader, manager, and administrator of the organization, and as such, was responsible for planning, directing, organizing, developing, and administering all activities. During my tenure, the number of volunteers increased 33%, membership donors increased 50%, programs increased 44%, the number of clients served increased 75%, and revenues and budget increased 120%. In 2 ½ years, I successfully obtained $127,500 in grants, $95,000 of which was new money for the organization.
