Brief Profile of Key Personnel

In the year 1989 I have started my carrier as soon as completed of my

Education Diploma in Electrical Engineering from

Govt Polytechnic Col lege, Bidar Karnataka .and joined

Hardware tools shop in Balanagar, Hyderabad on

monthly salary of Rs .400per Month B asis have

worked there ti l l 1990. I have joined for other job

that is in marketing f ie ld that job is relate to f ie ld of

Pumps, Motors, Air Fil ters and instrument where, I

worked for a period of 1990 -1999.but I am not

sat isf ied with salary so I was searchin g for other job

to earn more money to maintain my family, so I have taken a chance to

make our own Empire.

In the 1999, 10th December, I have started business on the name of

Srivin Engineering Company at the rented premises at Padmarao Nagar

Secundrabad with no capita. While preparing for capital . I came to know

that value of money and employment for my business purpose .There

are so many Maharastrian people approached me for getting the job in

my company and that t ime I have real ize the problem of unemploy ment

Maharastrian. Who are l iving from out of Maharashtra so I have decided

to expand my business to generate the jobs and provide more job

opportunities for the Maharastrian people, while developing the

business we have purchased our own premises at Nacha ram in year of

2004.

We have started manufacturing of Air Fil ter on our own brand by the

name of ULTRAFIL AIR SYSTEMS and made progress in same fie ld by

providing employment for 25 Persons.

In the year 2011 we purchased our own manufacturing plant in

Nacharam IDA where we constructed area work 14000 SFT with modern

Cleanroom manufacture faci l ity where new altogether 60 No’s of

employees are working.

QUALITY CONTROL & INSPECTION

Ours is an ISO 9001-2000 accredited Quali ty System Company. Strict

quality Control is maintained at each stage of Manufacture. The system of

stage wise inspection and various stages of manufacturing of individual

components for dimensions, quali ty and tolerances has enabled us to

maintain the best quali ty and interchangeabi lity of our product. The

major raw material uti l ized for the manufacturing of Fi l ter frame

material , f i l ter media, adhesive, Gasket, and other related accessories

These items are procured either indigenously from reputed

Manufactures and companies or imported with original Mil l cert i ficates

duly certi fied for physical properties, chemical composit ion and heat

treatment as per the standards and other appropriate applicable

standards. Besides they are further subjected to check testing for detai l

QUALITY ASSURANCEP R O G R A M M E

FILTER & CLEANROOM EQUIPEMENTS

SCOPE

The scope of this Quali ty Assurance Program is to manufacture the fi lter

c leanroom equipment Systems and Its Components as per the dimensional

standards to maintain high rate of interchangeabi li ty and workmanship in

confirmation to various National and International Standards.

The purpose of Quali ty Assurance is to bridge the gap between the Quali ty

Control and the speci f ic technolo gies of the Company's manufacturing

activities. It to assure that quality p lanning and corrective act ions are

taken continuously with the optimization of manufacturing quali ty

products.

The materials used during fi l ter manufacturing are types of corr osive

L iquids. Quali ty Assurance Plan comprises of control and Systems to be

fol lowed during manufacture of each component so that an audit

mechanism is introduced during the manufacture i tself to produce a

product meeting the material speci ficat ion and their confirmations to ISO

and ISHARE Standards may be the case.

ORGANISATION

A Separate independent Quali ty Control Department functions under

the control of Quality Control Manager direct ly reporting to Managing

Director. A Q.C. Manager contro ls and governs he whole systems. He

maintains al l the records of the products and is assisted by the Inspectors

who inspect the material at di fferent stages of manufacturing&

Fabrication. Chemical test ing of the material . Final machining &

Fabrication is carried out at our works under the Q.C. Supervision.

MATERIALS CONTROL PROCEDURE

On receipt of raw material , a Quality Control Inspector checks al l the

materials visual ly for any surface defects. A Dimension check is

carried out to see if the dimensions are as per the required code. The

manufacturer's test certi f icate is scr utinized and identi f ied with the

material . A chemical check is carried out on one sample from the lot/plate

to veri fy the authenticity of Test cert i ficate. In case the material is

acceptable a control number is assigned and punched on each Lot /plate.

Other bought out components which are purchased from the open market

also pass through the same inspection channel. A code number is assigned

and punched on component i f found acceptable.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS CONTROL PROCEDURE

During the process al l the components, that are manufactured or

fabricated from various accepted raw -materials, pass through different

stages of inspection. Required sub -contract ing faci li ty has been

arranged for initial process of various after having finished al l the

machining operations and thorough Inspection checks, the components

and then i t shi fted to the assembly department. Prior to assembly

inspection is once again conducted with the help of appropriate

observation to confirm dimensional stabi li ty & conformance to relevant

codes and standards.

TESTING

As the leader and originator of the high f low performance air fi lter we

feel i t is important to also be a leader in scienti fic test ing of air f i l tration

products in order to provide consumers with the best products avai l able.

With al l of the air fi l ter media testing we have performed we have yet to

f ind any that provides a better balance of air f low, f i l tration effic iency,

and capacity than our oi led cotton media air fi lters. Select one of the l inks

packs of different sizes. The individual folds are spaced by means of fused

VALIDATION AND CALIBRATION SERVICES

clean air device or cleanroom facility.

We are committed to our clients’ needs and aim to be the preferred choice for clean

room validation .We can submit protocol as per client requirement DQ, IQ, OQ&PQ.

The validation report describes in details of the test program and quantifies all results

and measurements. Test reports include all the test sheets foe Laminar Flow Cabinets,

safety cabinets, isolator clean room, fume cupboards etc. Each sheet has been device to

cover all the requirements of the relevant standard. Airborne particle count sheets

include printouts of all the airborne particle counts on site.

Test certificates certify that the room or device which was tested meets the relevant

standard. The plans section will include drawings of all the areas surveyed. Showing

airborne particle count positions. Differential pressures and other information

appropriate to the validation. Calibration certificates are included for instruments used

in the test program.

Each page in the report is numbered consecutively and is embossed to prevent

duplication. Reports are produced as soon as possible after the work is done and we are

always looking for ways in which technology can speed up this process.

To check class of cleanliness. This test provide the classification of the

particulate.

RECOVERY TEST

from a dirty to clean state with in specified time.

HEPA FILTER INTEGRITY (LEAK) TEST

This test is carried out to check the Hepa filter media Integrity leak

test by using aerosol generator (Aerosol Media DOP / PAO) Die

octa Pethalate or puly Alfa Olefine and photometer.

Compressed air or Nitrogen gas at 20 – 30 PSI Pressure having

upstream port of Hepa filter. We check upstream concentration

Aerosol Generate DOP/PAO electric/pneumatic operated which

Generate aerosol particle by using aerosol liquid having capacity

of temperature and humidity it has storage facility and data can be
